Ho chiesto se potevamo cercarla al telefono per prenotare qualora fosse conveniente. Ci possono essere mille motivi, basta dirlo all'inizio cosa si può o non fare al telefono ma un agente di viaggio non può mai rispondere a un cliente maleducatamente, al momento di volerla bloccare senza averlo detto prima che non si poteva fare al telefono, "troppe cose vuole....non vuole venire, vuole bloccarla, non la vuole perdere, non vuole pagarla....." ma scherza!? la tariffa mi interessava, volevo sapere solo se si poteva prenotare per non perderla e venire lì a pagarla. Un tktl di nemmeno 24 ore, dovevo pagarla entro oggi....ma non era quello il problema, sarei venuta a pagarla, ma dammi il tempo di capire orari connessioni ecc. dato che non mi è stato nemmeno detto questo come info perché il signore si vede che non "voleva perdere tempo". Così si tratta oggi come oggi un cliente? e lo sta dicendo anche ex agente di una compagnia aerea ed ex proprietaria di una agenzia di viaggi molto rinomata. di sicuro non consiglierò mai questo posto.
