Cura che si specchia su TUTTO il percorso enogastronomico consigliatoci dal responsabile di sala Giuseppe, ottimo professionista che ci ha saputo guidare prima mettendoci a nostro agio, poi facendoci scoprire le prelibatezze che il nostro territorio ci offre. Infine nota di merito anche riguardo il prezzo pagato che rispecchia la qualità della materia prima come del servizio e l'attenzione verso i commensali, sopra la media, giustificato dalla sopracitata materia prima ?. Non ho mai assaggiato un crudo di pesce così fresco, e cucinato in un modo così attento a non alterarne i sapori. Alla fine ho chiesto quando era pronto il menù invernale perchè non vedo l'ora di ritornarci per gustare e scoprire anche l'altra stagione ?.

I have never tasted raw fish so fresh, and cooked in such a careful way not to alter its flavors. In the end I asked when the winter menu was ready because I can't wait to go back to taste and discover the other season too ?.

Tramite il menù degustazione abbiamo avuto una buona panoramica dei loro prodotti, tutti squisiti. anche visitatandolo in periodo post quarantena il locale non ha perso qualità pur mantenendo tutte le norme previste. I prezzi per la qualità del cibo sono ideali Con una spesa media a persona di 55 euro consumando un menu degustazione a testa e in 11 persone 5 bottiglie di vino.
Gourmet restaurant ideal for a cozy but classy evening. The appearance of the restaurant is studied in detail by designers. The service is impeccable starting from the choice of wine to the table service. Substantial dishes with a refined flavor. Through the tasting menu we had a good overview of their products, all delicious. even when visiting it in the post-quarantine period, the restaurant has not lost quality while maintaining all the standards envisaged. The prices for the quality of the food are ideal. With an average cost of 55 euros per person for a tasting menu each and 5 bottles of wine for 11 people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location: locale molto bello, impostazione chiaramente moderna e minimalista. Illuminazione studiata per rendere al meglio la sera. Sedute comode. Intera struttura, bagni compresi, estremamente pulita. Un po' nascosta la posizione e poco evidenziata per via della piazzetta adiacente e dei vasi esterni. Comunque ambiente circostante carino
Cucina: Molto buona, menù di facile lettura con il giusto numero di piatti tali da permettere diverse combinazioni di percorsi (innovativi e tradizionali, mare e terra) per accontentare tutti. Sui piatti di per se, niente da dire, crudi di ottima qualità, idem i primi piatti (ho preso un risotto al datterino giallo, polvere di porcini e crudo di scampi che era eccezionale).
Buoni anche i dolci e nota particolare alla cantina, orientata alle bollicine e davvero vasta (ho preso un Nostra Signora della Neve, un metodo classico Rosè 50 nebbiolo e 50 pinot nero veramente molto interessate), vasta anche la scelta sui distillati/amari.
Servizio: Preparato, cortese, socievole ma mai invadente.
Prezzo: Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, ci ritornerò
Location: very nice venue, clearly modern and minimalist setting. Lighting designed to make the most of the evening. Comfortable seats. Entire facility, including bathrooms, extremely clean. The position is a little hidden and little highlighted due to the adjacent square and the external vases. Still nice surroundings
Cuisine: Very good, easy to read menu with the right number of dishes to allow different combinations of routes (innovative and traditional, sea and land) to please everyone. On the dishes per se, nothing to say, raw of excellent quality, ditto the first courses (I had a risotto with yellow datterino tomatoes, porcini powder and raw scampi which was exceptional).
Also good desserts and particular note to the cellar, oriented to bubbles and really vast (I took a Nostra Signora della Neve, a classic method Rosè 50 nebbiolo and 50 pinot noir really very interested), also a wide choice of spirits / bitters.
Service: Prepared, courteous, sociable but never intrusive.
Price: Good value for money, I will be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È proprio vero che nella botte piccola c'è il buon vino, Bluu il mare dentro é un piccolo locale con un grande cuore e un'ottima cantina. I piatti a base di pesce sono tutti molto curati, la qualità cibo è ineccepibile così come il loro servizio. Ottima la carta degli champagne e dei vini, con etichette non banali e prezzi calmierati. Il prezzo è nella media dei locali di questa tipologia, se dovessi proprio trovare dei difetti, abbasserei il prezzo di qualche antipasto, ma resti bene inteso che la qualità si paga sempre. Complimenti a questa realtà gastronomica che spero di poter rivisitare quanto prima.
It is true that is small yet good wine, Bluu The Sea Inside is a small room with a big heart and an impressive wine cellar. The dishes based on fish are all well kept, the food quality is flawless as well as their service. Excellent paper of champagne and wines, with non-trivial labels and controlled prices. The price is average of the premises of this type, if I had to just find fault, the price of some stoop starter, but remains well understood that quality always pays. Congratulations to this gastronomic reality that I hope to revisit soon.
