e	ettore manfredi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di andare allo studio medico chiedete dei dottori e che scuole hanno fatto, soprattutto nel reparto di psicologia, ho avvisato allo studio, che uno psicologo, che adesso dice di lavorare per Loro, nei mesi precedenti, si spacciava che lavorasse per lo studio Medico Tre M, chiamando lo studio non solo non lavorava li, ma non aveva P.Iva, in più si dichiarava psicoterapeuta in formazione (termine altamente scorretto), lo studio Tre M chiamo il suddetto professionista, facendo cambiare la pubblicità ingannevole. Codesto studio invece, non se degnato nemmeno di rispondere se lavorasse o no da loro. Si vede che sono troppo impegnati, per i cittadini, ma facendo un pubblico servizio si dovrebbero prendere almeno la briga di rispondere. L'unica pecca purtroppo, sono le ragazze del frontoffice, indisponenti, scortesi e per nulla disponibili. Arrivati in accettazione nel primo pomeriggio, nessuno in fila, per avere informazioni abbiamo dovuto attendere ed interrompere le loro chiacchiere personali con uno "scusate" dopo essere stati davanti al loro bancone per più di 5 minuti. Deja'-vu di qualche anno fa, sempre in questo centro. Davvero un peccato. Good medical center, state of the art, with the latest machinery. Faster booking, excellent health professionals. The only flaw unfortunately, are the girls of the frontoffice, abrupt, rude and not at all available. Arriving in the early afternoon, no one in line, for information we had to wait and interrupt their personal chat with an "excuse" after having been in front of their counter for more than 5 minutes. Deja'-vu a few years ago, also in this center. Really a pity.

Sono andata per due lastre siccome dovevo mettere l'apparecchio, al di fuori che quando sono andata a ritirarle mi hanno dato lastre sbagliate (di un altro paziente) e mi sono dovuta ritornare per ritirare le mie, 20 giorni dopo, il giorno che il mio dentista ha visto il DVD l'una delle due lastre mancava. Chiamo subito per chiedere se me la potevamo mandare via email ma mi dissero che devo tornare da loro, eh va bene.... TRE ore dopo mi richiamano per dirmi che la seconda lastra non me l'avevano fatta! (avevo presentato la prescrizione medica che indicava tutto in modo chiarissimo). Sulla mia cartella che contiene il DVD ci sono indicate TUTTE E DUE. Non ho parole... semplicemente incompetenti. INCOMPETENT. I call immediately to ask if we could send it to me by email but they told me that I have to go back to them, eh okay .... THREE hours later they call me back to tell me that they didn't get me the second plate! (I had presented the medical prescription which indicated everything very clearly). On my folder that contains the DVD there are both indicated. I have no words ... simply incompetent.
M	Michele Nardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo fare una gastroscopia ma per fare l'anestesia serviva un accompagnamento, quindi ho fatto prendere il giorno libero anche ad un altra persona. Arrivato lì mi viene detto che l'anestesista non c'è e mi mandano via senza neanche scusarsi, da evitare I had to do a gastroscopy but to do the anesthesia I needed an accompaniment, so I made another person take the day off as well. Tutto il personale molto disponibile e cordiale in modo particolare Marco tecnico della risonanza magnetica, un ragazzo molto disponibile e alla mano. Meritano 5 stelle. Perfectly organized medical center with state-of-the-art machinery. All the staff very helpful and friendly in particular Marco the magnetic resonance technician, a very helpful and easy going guy. They deserve 5 stars.
