★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissimo, personale scortese. Cambio della tratta improvviso (tratta acquistata Tremestieri-Villa, tratta effettuata Messina-Villa), nonostante il biglietto fosse già stato acquistato, senza nessun preavviso e nessuna motivazione.
 Highly not recommended, unfriendly staff. Sudden change of route (route purchased Tremestieri-Villa, route carried out Messina-Villa), despite the fact that the ticket had already been purchased, without any prior notice and no reason.

The ferry is fine, the path to take before entering is scary !! Huge peels abandoned if you risk leaving a piece of truck every time you pass!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saliti a Villa San Giovanni e scesi a Messina Tremestieri (perché?), un'ora di viaggio per attraversare lo stretto. Al ritorno andiamo a Tremestieri e ci dicono di andare a Messina. Viaggio da incubo. Partiti alle 17.10 e arrivati alle 18.15 per fare 3 km di mare. Facciano un altro mestiere che è meglio
Climb to Villa San Giovanni and get off at Messina Tremestieri (why?), An hour's journey to cross the strait. On the way back we go to Tremestieri and tell us to go to Messina. Nightmare journey. Departed at 17.10 and arrived at 6.15 pm to do 3 km of sea. Do another job that is better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unica esperienza, giorno feriale di luglio, arrivo 20 minuti prima dell'orario della nave. Non c'è spazio, aspetto la successiva, 30 min dopo, ma ritarda altri 30 min. Nessuno ci informa, nessuno si scusa. Tutto normale. Sconsigliato.
Only experience, weekday in July, arriving 20 minutes before the ship's time. There is no space, I wait for the next one, 30 minutes later, but delay another 30 minutes. Nobody informs us, nobody apologizes. All normal. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HGVs keep left for blue Ferries into HGV lanes and walk to TICKET office and be sure to request a return ticket and note return departure port on ticket as HGVs sail out of a different port on return well I did anyway. Also note narrow manoeuvre onto boat and the same when returning only one chance at the manoeuvre so don't rush and stay wide it gets very tight when returning as its more difficult with the angles. Enjoy overall a nice experience boats are nice clean toilets and facilities friendly crew and quick boarding.
