Shop embarrassing, unskilled staff, too absurd experience I bought a ring in July lasted only two months, the damage to the product they say is not covered by the guarantee .... result € 33 thrown in the Cessus, beware ... Advice ... don't buy anything.

Ho richiamato l’attenzione di una commessa del negozio 2 o 3 volte, la quale mi rispondeva continuamente “un attimo” mentre stava sistemando il bancone. Per l’ennesima volta le ho chiesto di avvicinarsi e ha girato gli occhi in segno di fastidio. È inconcepibile fare attendere un cliente più di 20 minuti per sistemare il bancone in pieno pomeriggio, intorno alle 16:30. Me ne sono andata senza pensarci due volte. In compenso sono andata da Stroili, sempre al Poseidon: per fortuna lì c’è un personale cortese e disponibile. Day 14/06 I went to Bluespirit to buy € 300 Maserati watch and a bracelet. I spent a total of around € 400. I called the attention of a shop assistant 2 or 3 times, who continually replied "a moment" while he was arranging the counter. For the umpteenth time I asked her to come closer and she turned her eyes in annoyance. It is inconceivable to have a customer wait more than 20 minutes to arrange the counter in the middle of the afternoon, around 4.30pm. I left without thinking twice. On the other hand I went to Stroili, always at Poseidon: luckily there is a courteous and helpful staff.

Sul Maserati purtroppo sono sopraggiunti problemi in quanto arrivato rotto. A me serviva entro una data precisa . Il team si è mosso su tutti i fronti con una celerità è una cortesia da lodare . Servizio davvero pessimo Absolutely negative experience .. I bought a ring and at that moment I was told that it would take a maximum of two weeks to tighten it .. more than a month has passed and it is still delivered to the repairer .. after countless reminders I still haven't no explanation was given! At POSEIDON, a little, indeed not at all professional, sales assistant (I could not find out her name) came to lie in filling out the format to take advantage of my guarantee of a jewel by filling in the fake ... she noted that there is NO IT WAS THE GUARANTEE DESPITE YOU HAD IT ... so much was it the same ??? ... made some gratuitous and false claims about how it broke the same?..insomna they will NEVER recognize YOU THE RIGHT TO THE 2-YEAR WARRANTY. ...
