★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allucinante!!! Per una semplice "voltura" stiamo andando avanti con i documenti da un mese e mezzo, e non è ancora finita!! Mi hanno spedito innumerevoli pagine da stampare e da reinviare sottoscritte e firmate, che senza l'ausilio di un commercialista non ce la fai a capire come fare a causa della poca comprensibilità della modulistica. Mai vista così tanta burocrazia per una cosa che dovrebbe essere semplice da affettuare!!
Going Home !!! For a simple "transfer" we have been going on with documents for a month and a half, and it's not over yet !! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propongono prezzi buoni, tutto ok faccio il contratto aspetto l'apertura ed i consulenti si deve asportare due giorni aspetto e niente, chiamo e no deve aspettare aspetto niente....richiamo e manca poco mi stufo chiamo il fornitore principale e mi dicono che non hanno fatto nulla che non risulta nulla apro con loro il giorno dopo puf come per magia luce fu'... a spiegazioni i tipi sono totalmente risultati inritracciabili...commenti blu energy...
Sconsiglio, sempre se non vi piace vivere al buio romantico no?
They offer good prices, everything is ok I do the contract I wait for the opening and the consultants have to take two days off and nothing, I call and no wait wait for anything .... I call back and I'm not tired I call the main supplier and tell me that they have not done anything that does not appear to be open with them the day after, as if by magic light was' ... to explanations the types are totally untraceable ... energy blue comments ...
Disagree, always if you do not like living in the dark romantic no?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono il cliente di Bluenergy da più di 20 anni e ho dovuto subire i loro errori e le loro mancanze per un lungo periodo.
Ora ho comprato un altro appartamento e non riesco a spostare la mia utenza gas ( con Bluenergy ).
Si sono inventati una procedura contorta dove io solo perdo i soldi e i vantaggi del attuale contratto.
Ma per chi lavora Bluenergy ?
Non di sicuro per il cittadino !!

I have been Bluenergy's customer for more than 20 years and have had to endure their mistakes and shortcomings for a long time.
Now I have bought another apartment and I am unable to move my gas account (with Bluenergy).
They have invented a convoluted procedure where I only lose the money and the benefits of the current contract.
But who does Bluenergy work for?
Not sure for the citizen !!
