It’s okay. Trip was going well until we arrived here, the shop next to check-in was very rude. Everyone seemed to be wonderful and welcoming until this person just ruined my day. Didn’t plan to go to the beach and wanted to buy a suit and he was so mean I just put the suit down and walked out. Now I’m on the beach with no suit.

The place is ok to have coffee but way to expensive compared to other options around. A starter in Italy e.g. Prosciutto Melone for 18 euros?!?

Nice location. Food was normal as we can find same quality pizzas almost everywhere in Italy . Service was poor. Don't know why are they running around and taking so much time to attend . Called one guy for salt. But did not received .Not a good experience.

The staff was incredibly rude and aggressive to me and my girlfriends when we stopped there just for minutes to make another plan when we found out they are fully booked. After such a unreasonable reaction not only that I wouldn’t come back, I would recommend all my friens to avoid going to the blue moon beach and resk getting their mood ruined by uneducated, uncivilised people.

It took us a while to figure out how this beach worked. Eventually, we booked online for €27 for two people (one umbrella plus one extra lounger). There was a long queue when we arrived, but I went to the front and said that we'd booked online and we were given wrist bands straight away. It's a lovely beach, very well organised and has a fantastic restaurant and beach bar. Certainly many Brits would baulk at the thought of paying for private beach access, but for a single day I think it's worth it. Another reviewer mentioned dirty sand and being harassed by vendors, but I didn't experience any of that. Recommended

It's just not a nice beach, dirty sand, dirty water, annoying peddlers. Very overpriced. There are so many much nicer beaches that are free, both in Italy and abroad

Around €18 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella. €5 deposit for facilities. Facilities were the best I’ve ever come across, cleaner there all day. Food/drink expensive and not the best food during my stay in Venice .. beach clean and tidy. Only hassled a few times by sellers throughout the day

Visited quite early 10.30 am on Monday 2nd of May 2022. I appreciate it was early, I appreciate on top of that we are tourists. The greeting we received was far less than welcoming, a lone woman putting together a giant mass of tables and setting up for the day, maybe we were too early, I don’t know. Her responses to questions were cold, she didn’t want us there and that’s fine, my attempts at pidgeon Italian didn’t help shift the mood either. Ever had that feeling someone’s spat in your coffee, I’m sure that’s not what happened, but it’s just the vibe. The venue was lovely, but cleanliness was interesting. I’m sure it’s a great place, but the lady we encountered was so cold, if she was shut she could have said. I’d not slate the place as you don’t know circumstance, she was working very hard, but the overwhelming feel was that we were NOT welcome.
