★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il 10 settembre il distributore presente sul mio luogo di lavoro ha trattenuto 10 euro senza caricarli su chiavetta. Ho telefonato ben 4 volte per recuperare i 4 euro ma ogni volta mi viene risposto che devono fare i conteggi e non sanno darmi risposta....di fatto, davanti a testimoni, il distributore ha "rubato" 10 euro e ad oggi 22 settembre nessuno me li ha restituiti e ogni volta mi dicono di chiamare in altro momento perchè devono verificare. pessimo servizio!
on 10 September the distributor in my workplace withheld 10 euros without loading them on a key. I phoned 4 times to recover the 4 euros but every time I am told that they have to do the calculations and they do not know how to answer me .... in fact, in front of witnesses, the distributor has "stolen" 10 euros and today 22 September no one has returned them to me and every time they tell me to call at another time because they have to check. bad service!

Abbiamo chiamato l' assistenza per un guasto, le segretarie molto gentili ed efficienti hanno mandato un tecnico in breve tempo. Il caffè buonissimo e hanno un ampia scelta di prodotti ( anche prodotti per ciliaci e per varie intolleranze) Consigliato.
The guys who come to supply the distributors are professional and satisfy all requests made. We called the assistance for a breakdown, the very kind and efficient secretaries sent a technician in a short time. The coffee very good and have a wide choice of products (including products for celiacs and for various intolerances)
