β β β β β Useless hotel. Stinky rooms, non working AC, bad rooms, rude staff. They threatened to put us behind bars, if I protested, the bad quality of hotels. Horrible washroom.

β β β β β Pros: nice big rooms, carpet on the floor, big comfortable bed. Definitely the best 3-start hotel in Italy.
Cons: outlets under the bed, squeaky air conditioner

β β β β β Nice location, convenient parking and large hotel rooms, but: weird bathroom setup (open access to washbasin area), breakfast served only until 9:30am and if you're around 9ish, some meals might be not available; you need to ask for coffee; entrance to the hotel combined with smoking area.

1. Not even a proper plug point in the room
2. Very poor lighting. Two night lamps are what they provide. More light in bathroom than in the room.
3. No wardrobe, no electric kettle
4. Third class breakfast provided. They don't also allow outside food.
5. They give wifi for 1 device only. Really? Good morning, We are in 21st centry

β β β β β The hotel resides in a pleasant green surrounding.
Check-in area is spacious & with a lot seats.
The room access key card was in a bent condition. Fortunately, it could unlock the door.
Only one lift is there. Archaic Lift is of small capacity. When a sizable group checked in, it was an ordeal to transport the luggage to the upper floor.
Room was spacious. Furniture was looking jolly worn.
A small LCD TV was there. However, a few numbers of channels were there in Italian only. The TV set was responding too sluggishly to the signal from the remote.
There were no mobile charging points in the room. Power supply point for the dryer offered some means to do the charging.
WIFI is not free.
For a two occupancy room, the hotel provided only one towel in the bath. An absurd idea of cost cutting!
Eating or drinking inside the room was strictly forbidden.
There was no lock on the toilet door. Furthermore, the door was staying half open. A downright embarrassing situation!
Breakfast was continental but with few varieties.
A swimming pool was there. But the gate to the swimming pool was locked!

β β β β β Excellent hotel in an absolutely stonishing area of Italy. I spend a few days here early December so didn't get to test the outdoor pool. Friendly and service minded English speaking staff. Breakfast and dinner here reminds me of a fancy reataurent. Can highly recommend staying here.

β β β β β The junior suite was very nice. We found everything very clean and as we expected. The bed was very comfortable. The reception was perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff. Hearty breakfast served in a lovely room.
