F	Francesco Tonini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sala pesi, è vecchia e trascurata, disposta su due livelli, ma ci sono tantissimi attrezzi. La parte del corpo libero è invece a dir poco stupenda... A Grosseto non ho trovato nulla di migliore. A patto di non essere un novizio, (altrimenti dovete iscrivervi ai corsi) il costo mensile è basso, ma la palestra non offre personale che possa seguire gli "atleti" in erba. The weight room is old and neglected, on two levels, but there are lots of tools. The part of the free body, on the other hand, is nothing short of amazing ... In Grosseto I didn't find anything better. Provided you are not a novice, (otherwise you must register for courses) the monthly cost is low, but the gym does not offer staff that can follow the budding "athletes".

Ci si può fare del male perché nessuno controlla. Non è una palestra che può essere utilizzata per fare riabilitazione perché è una struttura piena di barriere architettoniche. It is not clear who the staff is except for a shirt. It has adequate parking. Instrumentation often not working. You can do harm because no one checks. It is not a gym that can be used for rehabilitation because it is a structure full of architectural barriers.

Per quelli di una certa età come me la palestra è vitale!?? It has been my gym for more than 15 years! It is now closed due to covid 19. Sigh! I really miss. Hope it can reopen soon. Le premesse per dire che potrei non essere imparziale... Detto questo, aggiungo: ambiente luminoso e spazioso, molto aperto con possibilità di vedere quasi tutte le Attività in corso. Sala pesi fornitissima e in più c'è anche una piscina... Corsi numerosi in era precovid... Gigi e Simone preparatissimi e sempre sorridenti! Dimenticavo: ampio parcheggio per i pigri che fanno 20 km su tapiroulant ma che vogliono parcheggiare a due passi dall'ingresso! I have been attending the Blu Box for more than 3 decades now and I almost deserve a pseudo-founder member badge, if there were any! The premises to say that I may not be impartial ... Said this, I add: bright and spacious environment, very open with the possibility of seeing almost all the activities in progress. Weights room well stocked and in addition there is also a swimming pool ... Numerous courses in the precovid era ... Gigi and Simone very well prepared and always smiling! I forgot: ample parking for lazy people who travel 20 km on a treadmill but who want to park a stone's throw from the entrance!
