Amazing place to stay. Second time here, everything was great. For families, couples and groups.

Great place for vacation with kids; beach very nice and sea is not deep for kids, we like very much terrace with shower in a room and big thanks for staff for high level service

Visiting the hotel 2 - 3 times a year. Always great and very friendly crew. Perfect experience. Italy from it's finest. Try the big penthouse.

Our stay at Blue Suit Hotel Rimini. What should have been a good and wonderful vacation at Blue Suite Hotel turned out to be a nightmare. And I can't at any given time recommend this hotel to anyone. Our first impression of the hotel was very nice and luxuries on the internet. The pictures were very beautiful and nice, and the text described a hotel of wellness, peaceful and quietness. But- there is a big but! We came driving in car. The way to the hotel is very very sad. With empty buildings in poor conditions all over. So the first impression of the hotel is- a nice looking hotel in a very sad neighborhood. From the pictures on the internet its looks like the hotel is situated on the beach. What you can't see is that between the hotel and the beach is a road. This road is just in front of the hotel and next to the pool. So if you think you're gonna have a nice and quiet time relaxing by the pool. You're gonna be very disappointed. You have busses, auto campers, trucks and cars driving through all day long. The noise is overwhelming, but somehow after some days you get used to it. The buffet is probably very individual if you like it or not. But if you want to have anything else the menu is very limited and the food they serve is poor and not worth paying for. The rooms are nice and clean. The cleaning is very good every day, but the very unexpected and unpleasant surprise we got one day, was when the manager of the hotel gave us a letter claiming that we had broken the headboard to the bed. And that we had to pay for this. My husband had the day before read a story for my son laying on the bed -with his head touching the headboard. The headboard is made by foam and covered with some silver stuff. So if you choose to stay ind this hotel. Remember not to relax in the bed. They are designed to look pretty. Not to get used!

The most horrible experience I ever had. When we arrived it takes ages just to find for us a normal room with a sea view, at the end they find a room with a side sea view and it was fine. Then we find a hair and cigarette ash in the bidet and I should go downstairs because the telephone wasn't working to call a cleaner and when she saw that she sad that this is nothing and she just washed it with a bit of water.And when I sad to the cleaner about the telephone and that they have to check the rooms before taking inside other people she told me that when the Russians are coming they are always complaining about everything, and I'm not even a Russian))) After that I ask about conditioner and I sad that I will pay for it, they say that they can't give me because they have it just for the Spa. I mean I didn't ask to bring me the Spa into my room, just a conditioner !!! Thanks god we stay there just 3 night only.

Excellent beachfront hotel. Great for families, with lots of activities for children and all the necessary items for babies (including baby bath, baby food etc ). Excellent food with many healthy and vegan options as well as classical Italian seafood meat salads ... Very nice staff. Spacious modern rooms with lots of space for hanging clothes. Highly recommended!

For us staying in the Blu Suite hotel was one of the best hotel experience we have had, and we have travelled to many countries and stayed in different hotel categories. Is a family run feeling hotel with a well trained staff, from the cleaning team to the front desk, restaurant and spa staff. They have a unique attention to detail approach which we haven't seen in a long time on our travels: heated swimming pool both external and internal which was a highlight of our experience, well organized private beach (with sunbeds and umbrellas included which is very uncommon in this area) and fully catered for children with a children's play room next to the spa entrance, a small playground on their private beach with some beach toys available, and a small playground next to the swimming pool(to mention only a few). We arrived at the end of September so the childrens' animation was no longer there but we did not miss it as there are plenty of things to do with children in the hotel facilities without even going out. They have also bikes with small children's chairs available for rent. The spa was also a great addition which meant us as parents could take turns and relax in their spa facility, if both parents want to do the spa together they also have a nanny service which we tought it was at a decent price. For sure we recommend 100% staying there with our without children (they also have a few areas for adults only which is great for people without children). We will definitely come back.
