Se chiudete alle 16.30 non potete dirmi alle 16.25 che non potete più farmi la ricarica perché l'addetto ha "già spento l'impianto". L'impianto lo spegnete alle 16.30 PER FAVORE!. Ho vissuto la tipica sensazione del cliente servito da un'azienda che si approfitta un po' del fatto di essere abbastanza rara nel settore....
Qualcun altro per soddisfare il cliente magari tiene aperto anche 5 minuti in più....MA 5 MINUTI IN MENO, MI SPIACE, VI FANNO POCO ONORE E, DI CONSEGUENZA BRILLARE POCO. Per questo, ripeto con grande dispiacere, vi da la vostra prima "1 sola stella".
Buon lavoro sul miglioramento di questo dettaglio. Per il resto (qualità cortesia ecc...) confermo le recensioni positive precedenti.

If you close at 16.30 you cannot tell me at 16.25 that you can no longer recharge me because the attendant has "already turned off the system". Switch off the system at 4.30 pm PLEASE !. Someone else to satisfy the customer maybe keeps open even 5 minutes longer .... BUT 5 MINUTES LESS, I SORRY, THEY DO A LITTLE HONOR AND, CONSEQUENTLY, SHINE LITTLE. For this, I repeat with great regret, it gives you your first "1 star".
