★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo venduto casa con Blucasa di Abano, al prezzo che era stato stimato ed entro i termini prefissati: quindi risultato pienamente raggiunto. Ci tengo ad aggiungere che comprerei ad occhi chiusi casa da loro (da Emanuele in particolare), perché ho apprezzato franchezza, trasparenza e praticità, qualità non sempre comuni in questo settore. Hanno effettuato i controlli necessari per arrivare al rogito in serenità. Mi hanno consigliato per il meglio anche contro il loro interesse (ma facendo quello del cliente, cioè il mio): siamo pienamente soddisfatti e non possiamo che ringraziarli.
 We sold the house with Blucasa from Abano, at the price that had been estimated and within the set deadlines: therefore the result was fully achieved. I would like to add that I would buy a house from them with my eyes closed (from Emanuele in particular), because I appreciated frankness, transparency and practicality, qualities not always common in this sector. They carried out the necessary checks to arrive at the deed in peace. They advised me for the best even against their interest (but doing that of the customer, that is mine): we are fully satisfied and we can only thank them.

Nel nostro caso, dire che l'agente Mario ci ha seguiti passo passo è dir poco: ha contribuito a risolvere diversi intoppi amministrativi dovuti a circostanze non controllabili, agendo di prima persona anche dopo la fase di compravendita. Globalmente, l'esperienza avuta è pienamente soddisfacente e non esiterei a rivolgermi a loro per ulteriori necessità (sia di acquisto sia di vendita).
