Più volte mi è stato consigliato di attendere per acquistare pesci o anche caridine in quanto i valori della vasca non erano compatibili con la loro vita! Preferiscono perdere una vendita piuttosto che "rifilare" qualcosa al cliente col rischio di far soffrire (o peggio) gli animali e di lasciare l'acquirente insoddisfatto. Nonostante non sia un grande cliente (ho più una pozzanghera che una vasca) mi hanno sempre dedicato tempo e attenzione! È il classico negozio che quando si incontra diventa punto di riferimento e fiducia. Se mai un giorno avrò la possibilità di allestire una vasca più grande sicuramente mi rivolgerò a loro. Una rarità di questi tempi! In this shop, attention to the customer and above all to the health of our aquatic friends comes first! Several times I was advised to wait to buy fish or even baby carrots as the values of the tank were not compatible with their life! They prefer to lose a sale rather than "foist" something on the customer with the risk of making the animals suffer (or worse) and leaving the buyer unsatisfied. Although I am not a big customer (I have more of a puddle than a tub) they have always given me time and attention! It is the classic shop that when you meet it becomes a point of reference and trust. If I ever have the opportunity to set up a bigger tub one day, I will certainly turn to them. A rarity these days!

Non c'è l'ampia scelta di prodotti di realtà ben più note, ma per gli animali si va a colpo sicuro. Healthy tropical fish, in tanks with dedicated and unshared filters. A good reference for aquarists. There is not the wide choice of products of well-known realities, but for animals it goes without saying.

Finalmente una persona onestà, seria e preparata che non mira alla vendita ma alla soddisfazione del cliente e alla salute della vasca . Mi ha salvato da una situazione critica. X me è un po distante ma faccio quei km in più sicura di ricevere la migliore assistenza . Purtroppo ho sempre beccato negozianti poco professionali invece qui ho trovato una grande esperienza dettata da pura passione .fateci un salto e ve ne rendete conto già solo entrando. Ps. Dei 4 negozi provati da lui ho trovato tra l altro l acqua osmositica con le durezza a zero finalmente ! E pesci belli ben tenuti e in salute. Grazie Ps. Prezzi onesti e vasta scelta di arredi ...rocce e legni soprattutto. Ottima la linea di prodotti. Known by chance. A pleasant discovery. Finally an honest, serious and prepared person who does not aim at sales but at customer satisfaction and the health of the tub. It saved me from a critical situation. For me it is a bit far but I do those extra miles sure to receive the best assistance. Unfortunately I have always caught unprofessional shopkeepers but here I found a great experience dictated by pure passion. Ps. Of the 4 shops he tried, I finally found osmosis water with zero hardness! And beautiful fish that are well kept and healthy. Thank you Ps. Fair prices and a wide choice of furnishings ... especially rocks and woods. Excellent product line.
