★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blanco is the Aperitivo place. Go there before sunset, and sit outside in Piazza Vittorio square. The food is not a real dinner, is just some tasty treat to accompany the sophisticated cocktails, so if you have a couple of drinks, don't feel guilty. Suggestion: pick a weird cocktail, they are all pretty damn good! you might want to book in advance because it gets pretty busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this is one of the best apericena in Torino. But! Come on guys...you know you are going to get a ton of clients so be prepared for that. Literally you can't move in this place. We were stuck in line to get the food for so long! And then when it was finally our turn of course the pan was empty and we had to wait AGAIN for another pan. You guys need to rethink the way people go around the food...I don't know put it outside do something.
Also the bathroom...the only bathroom!! Is disgusting behind believe. You can't think 150people are going to be ok with just one bathroom.
You need to spend some money in this place to renovate it and put things in a more functional way.
The drinks and the foods were great but the whole experience was ruined by all the points above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern bar for a drink with friends, but with crazy prize, also if you take a nonalcoholic drink, they are not flexible to client needs, and the drinks have a lot of ice.
The worst thighs happened during my party, was that they asked my friends to change the table, although I was booked the room, UNACCEPTABLE!... In conclusion please don't choose this place for a party or a happy time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great drinks, medíocre food and careless staff.
Come here for a drink but avoid the Aperitivo. The food is meh, the queue is ridiculous long and people don't respect the queue. When I asked the staff if they could organize the qeueu the lady at the cashier just smiled and said that Italians don't know how to queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top location with an incredible with to piazza Vittoria and nice waiters. Unfortunatelly those are the only good things I can say about this place. We went there to do apericena and we remain disappointed. Arrived a plate with mostly fruits and small pieces (one for person) of prosciutto, chicken wings and grilled chicken. The cocktail was full of sparkling water and ice, when we arrived to half of the glass we could feel only the taste of aromatized water. All of this for the crazy price of 15€. Sadly, Blanco is not what the cool place it was two years ago. Will never go there again.

- 10€ for one drink while the bars next to it charge 5€ or 8€ (and we didn't pay more than 8€ anywhere in Turin during our 4-day stay)
- personnel is friendly and fast though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambiance, the tables are a little too close from each other but the food is good. The cocktails didn't seem bad. I took a "Sex on the Beach" and it didn't taste like there was much alcohol in the drink, but maybe it was my impression. Overall we had a good time.
