Abito in centro a Carpi e preferisco, senza alcun dubbio e da anni, raggiungere il negozio di Modena, dove sorriso ed educazione non mancano mai. Peccato perché il negozio è molto bello, roba bella… commesse da cambiare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shop assistants looking at you pissed off ... never a smile ... Non hanno sito internet per acquistare e occorre purtroppo prendere contatto con loro.. il problema è che non sono minimamente in grado di gestire richieste nè tanto meno la clientela. Leggo tante recensioni negative a tal proposito e non posso che confermare. Non acquisterò mai un prodotto da loro.. piuttosto prendo nota del brand e del modello e compro da un’altra parte. Pensate addirittura che ho dovuto alzare la cornetta per chiedere al titolare informazioni su un prodotto dato che la collega del negozio di carpi rispondeva a monosillabi e non era esaustiva sulle risposte.. chiamo in azienda e il titolare, che non mi ha nemmeno fatta parlare, mi ha bellamente mandata a quel paese! Certi comportamenti sono inammissibili e rappresentano una vera e propria mancanza di rispetto e di educazione.. qualità che un negozio di un certo livello dovrebbe avere, specialmente nei confronti di papabili clienti. Poco male: la lezione è servita per capire che non si può far affidamento su di loro e specialmente sulla loro disponibilità e collaborazione in caso di disguidi con ordini ecc. Felice di prenderne le distanze e di non essere loro cliente. Really arrogant, rude and unprofessional staff.
