Scopi ammirevoli certo, ma ingannevoli. Se fossero stati più chiari non avrei perso 1h di strada per niente Call for an interview for the “customer reception” role and then it was a simple Promoter search that convinces people to donate money. Ho partecipato al colloquio per HR, offrono un contratto da 24 ore e possibilità di viaggi all'estero. Tuttavia, la figura di HR che cercano non è quella classica, il lavoro consiste nel convincere (con una tecnica particolare) i ragazzi a fare da dialogatori per promuovere la racconta fondi a favore di ONG. Il colloquio che ho fatto io era ok salvo una DUREZZA eccessiva nei confronti dei candidati. Consiglio a chi deve fare la prima esperienza. Io continuerò a donare ovviamente. I attended the interview for HR, they offer a 24 hour contract and possibility to travel abroad. However, the HR figure they are looking for is not the classic one, the work consists in convincing (with a particular technique) the children to act as dialogues to promote the recounting funds in favor of NGOs. The interview I did was ok except for an excessive HARDNESS towards the candidates. I recommend to those who have to make the first experience. I will continue to donate of course. La responsabile HR e la responsabile dell' azienda ci hanno spiegato molto bene la mansione mi ero già affezionata all idea ...mi piaceva davvero come attività quella proposta ma poi è arrivata la parte viaggi beh sull annuncio non era scritto che era obbligatorio essere disponibili a trasferte . ..viaggiare con il covid un giro non è il massimo se poi contate che i miei problemi di salute non me lo permettono .. .avrebbero bisogno di più personale ma assumevano solo due persone ...peccato mi sarebbe piaciuto collaborare con loro sembra una realtá molto giovane ma si parla di uno stage HR non di manager non dovrebbero essere di obbligo i viaggi sopratutto in un periodo del genere... Inoltre è un ambiente molto giovanile e dinamico che offre buone opportunità di crescita, il tutto seguendo una meritocrazie molto valida. Se sei giovane e alla ricerca di un avventura è il posto giusto.
