W	Winterfox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un tavolo per le 20 e 30 alle 13 del pomeriggio per assicurarmi un posto per il sabato sera, dopo essere arrivato non vengo calcolato da nessuno e devo fermare il titolare per avere il mio tavolo, mentre ci porta al tavolo fa sedere altri ragazzi lasciandoci in piedi al che devo di nuovo fermarlo per farmi finalmente sedere, la serata incomincia male e finisce peggio. Dopo 20 minuti senza nemmeno averci preso un ordinazione riusciamo ad attirare l'attenzione di qualche dipendente e ordiniamo finalmente le pizze, passa 1 altra ora (si fanno le 22) senza vedere nemmeno l'ombra di queste e alla mia domanda su a che punto fossero le pizze mi viene comunicato che han finito l'impasto e per scusarsi mi offrono dei salumi che non accetto. Mi spiace per i dipendenti che non hanno colpa ma una gestione del genere non può assolutamente esistere, hanno perso un cliente. I booked a table for 8:30 pm to 1:00 pm to secure a place for Saturday night, after arriving I am not calculated by anyone and I have to stop the owner to get my table, while he takes us to the table he makes other guys sit leaving us standing at which I have to stop him again to finally sit down, the evening starts badly and ends worse. After 20 minutes without even having taken an order we manage to attract the attention of some employee and finally order the pizzas, 1 more hour passes (it's 10 pm) without seeing even the shadow of these and to my question about at what point were the pizzas I am informed that they have finished the dough and to apologize they offer me some cured meats that I do not accept. I'm sorry for the employees who are not at fault but such a management cannot possibly exist, they have lost a customer.

I ordered 4 pizzas including 3 daisies and one capricciosa, after opening the carton I found that they were all burnt in particular 2 were inedible, so I called the pizzeria to point out the situation and instead of receiving an apology, he replied with tone rude by telling me it wasn't true calling me a liar.
