Niente scontrino (complimenti), torno a casa, verifico che erano sbagliati e ritorno per il cambio. Non disponibile, non mi ridanno indietro i soldi dicendo che se me li ridanno non mi cercano il pezzo corretto. Mi faccio fare lo scontrino. Dopo un paio d'ore mi chiamano dicendo che hanno trovato il pezzo. Ritorno e mi chiedono un ulteriore saldo. Alla fine, oltre ad essere andato 3 volte, mi fanno pagare 50€ per un pezzo che costa 32. Dicendo che loro lo hanno pagato 40 e che il loro guadagno é solo 10€.... Peccato che non si possa dare meno di una stella, una associazione a delinquere.
They get smart. They gave me the wrong pieces, I pointed out that they didn't look like the correct ones, they insisted they were right. No receipt (congratulations), I go home, check that they were wrong and return for the change. Not available, they won't give me my money back saying if they give it back they won't be looking for the correct piece. I get a receipt. After a couple of hours they call me saying they found the piece. I return and ask me for an additional balance. In the end, in addition to having gone 3 times, they charge me 50 € for a piece which costs 32. Saying that they paid 40 for it and that their earnings are only 10 € .... Too bad you can't give less than a star, a criminal association.
