★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso questo sportello bancario per pagare una tassa erariale, sono stata accolta con sgarbo dall'impiegata dello sportello, la quale mi ha da subito invitata a pagarla online (quando era scritto che dovevo recarmi presso uno sportello) perché mi avrebbe dovuto censire (lasciandomi intendere il troppo tempo necessario), successivamente sono stata con insistenza invitata a recarmi presso una filiale di Intesa San Paolo (consiglio non richiesto) perché "all'università andavo lì a pagare le tasse". Lascio valutare a chi di dovere la professionalità dei vostri impiegati, ritenendo questo atteggiamento ingiustificabile, ne per mancanza di voglia ne di competenza. Peccato questa pubblicità per una banca locale.
