Ha una stanza con focolare ed ha una camera (sempre accessibile) con una decina di posti letto. Stunning view. You are immersed in the tranquility of the woods. It is a great place for a picnic. A	Antonio Pistore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pomeriggio di Pasquetta 2018: ci sarà tantissima gente? Proviamoci lo stesso. Detto fatto nel primo pomeriggio, lasciata la normale confusione (Pasquetta soleggiata!) al bellissimo Molinetto della Croda saliamo con curiosità al bivacco Marsini che si raggiunge in mezzoretta (c'è un accesso diretto, ripido, e uno più morbido, entrambi ben segnati...). Bel fabbricato in eccellente posizione panoramica, restaurato in maniera egregia, con panchine e tavolo all'esterno, più altri nei dintorni. Sempre aperto, al piano terra c'è una stanza con focolare (per la legna bisogna provvedere da sè, ma c'è il bosco circostante...). Al piano superiore altro locale con tavolato (messo bene) per una decina di posti. Possibilità di concludere il giro ad anello su strada sterrata fino a "Fattoria Mondaresca" e ritorno per altre stradine (Sentiero Maurizio e Luca, totale giro 9 km) su percorsi intuitivi (consiglio da Mondaresca il sentiero segnato verso sud, totale 7 km, tralasciando, se si è di fretta, il Maurizio e Luca a sinistra/est). Bellissima passeggiata, anche per famiglie, dislivelli minimi (totale 300 metri circa), con possibilità di picnic (acqua potabile credo non ci sia, non ho visto sorgenti o fontane...). Davvero una bella scoperta. Ci tornerò Easter Monday afternoon 2018: will there be a lot of people? Let's try the same. At the beautiful Molinetto della Croda we climb with curiosity to the Marsini bivouac which can be reached in half an hour (there is direct access, steep, and a softer one, both well marked. ..). Beautiful building in an excellent panoramic position, restored in an excellent way, with benches and table outside, plus others in the surrounding area. Always open, on the ground floor there is a room with fireplace (for the wood you have to take care of yourself, but there is the surrounding forest ...). Upstairs another room with a table (well placed) for about ten places. Possibility to end the ring tour on a dirt road up to "Fattoria Mondaresca" and return to other roads (Sentiero Maurizio and Luca, total tour 9 km) on intuitive routes (I recommend the path marked south from Mondaresca, total 7 km, leaving out , if you are in a hurry, Maurizio and Luca on the left / east). Beautiful walk, even for families, minimum height differences (total about 300 meters), with the possibility of picnics (I think there is no drinking water, I have not seen springs or fountains ...). Really a nice find. I will be back
В	Вик Петров on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Классное место, удобное местоположение не далеко от города, в принципе есть всё необходимое для активного отдыха, дрова есть, сам по себе дом не большой есть виранда на улице и гриль, наверху спальные места, места хватит даже на самую большую компанию, но лучше иметь с собой спальный мешок, внутри есть камин и решотки, но уже старые если есть возможность лучше взять с собой. А так всё хорошо, дом ухоженный и комфортный, камин не много дымит но это не проблема. A cool place, a convenient location not far from the city, in principle, there is everything necessary for outdoor activities, there is firewood, the house itself is not big, there is a veranda on the street and a grill, there are sleeping places at the top, there is enough space even for the biggest company, but it’s better to have a sleeping bag with you, inside there is a fireplace and trellises, but already old if it is possible it is better to take with you. And so everything is fine, the house is well-groomed and comfortable, the fireplace does not smoke much but this is not a problem.
