★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truffa nel contratto, non mi è stato detto che sarebbero stati solo notti. Contratto con due notti obbligatorie e due notti a rotazione sui tre turni poi si è scoperto che non hai diritto a girare. Il sabato e la domenica non vengono pagati come tali e loro non rispondono alle email per chiarire la questione contratto.
Zero comunicazione, responsabili che ti fanno fare il 5 giorno anche se non previsto dal contratto (obbligo solo di 32h) un po’ per ricatto!
Non si parla, c’è aria tesa in azienda, non ti viene insegnato o spiegato nulla.
Lasciate perdere!!!
Contract scam, I wasn't told it was just going to be nights. Contract with two mandatory nights and two nights in rotation on the three shifts then it turned out that you are not entitled to turn. Saturdays and Sundays are not paid as such and they do not respond to emails to clarify the contract issue.
Zero communication, managers who make you do the 5th day even if not foreseen by the contract (obligation of 32h only) a bit for blackmail!
There is no talk, there is tense air in the company, you are not taught or explained anything.
Forget it !!!
