★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliato da un architetto dopo aver ricevuto altri preventivi per un impianto elettrico domestico ,appartamento da ristrutturare.
Preventivo superiore agli altri ,ma speranza di cominciare prima il lavoro.
Riunioni ripetute per concertare il da farsi,richieste via via varie e bizzarre per autorizzazioni condominiali,lavori eseguiti in attrito con l'impresa che praticava la maggior parte delle ristrutturazioni.
Difficoltà di comunicazione ,necessità di sollecito per ogni avanzamento dei lavori.
Contratto sottoposto a mio figlio e da lui firmato con evidenti mancanze di parti essenziali ,facendo agio sulla sua prima esperienza di ristrutturazione.
Il campanello al piano funziona male ,
alcune placche non sono della serie decisa ,ma più economiche,non arriva corrente ad una serranda elettrica,alcuni piccoli lavori sono stati eseguiti da un altro elettricista per sfinimento.Sporcizia ovunque siano passati con i fili.
Il saldo finale è stato fuori mercato.
