Always different menu to guarantee the freshness and authenticity of the products served. Rediscovering those flavors of the shop is always a very welcome thing, it has now become a fixed stop when I go to Montefiascone. A real family full of enthusiasm, with great customer care. A pranzo la signora prepara piatti tipici locali, squisiti, da consumare sul posto o a portare via. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Supportiamo i piccoli negozianti sotto casa come questi! Food as it once was, very good products and the owners are very friendly and nice. At lunch the lady prepares typical local dishes, exquisite, to be consumed on the spot or to take away. Excellent value for money. We support small local shopkeepers like these!

Verso le 10, 30 su WhatsApp compare il menu del giorno e tu puoi ordinare indicando anche l'ora del ritiro. È stupendo tornare dal lago di Bolsena all'ora di pranzo e potere mangiare varie prelibatezze già pronte. Gnocchi, lasagne, polpette straordinarie, trippa, pizze ripiene, contorni vari e tantissime altre pietanze vengono preparate e se vuoi puoi anche mangiare li fuori (però solo per poche persone non essendoci molto spazio). Il bistrot funziona anche come negozio alimentari dato che puoi comprare pane, prosciutto formaggi vari, acqua e anche frutta. É un vero piacere entrare in questo negozio con la signora cuoca sempre sorridente e gentile mentre il marito cortesemente cura la cassa. Un vero peccato abitare a Roma e potermi avvalere di questo strepitoso servizio solo nei mesi estivi! When I am on vacation in Montefiascone I often make use of the extraordinary dishes that are prepared with great care and great professionalism in this bistro. At around 10.30, the menu of the day appears on WhatsApp and you can order by indicating the time of collection. It is wonderful to return from Lake Bolsena at lunchtime and be able to eat various ready-made delicacies. Gnocchi, lasagna, extraordinary meatballs, tripe, stuffed pizzas, various side dishes and many other dishes are prepared and if you want you can also eat out there (but only for a few people as there is not much space). The bistro also functions as a grocery store as you can buy bread, ham, various cheeses, water and even fruit. It is a real pleasure to enter this shop with the lady cook who is always smiling and kind while her husband kindly takes care of the cashier. A real shame to live in Rome and to be able to use this amazing service only in the summer months!

We speak no Italian and the owners speak little English but everyone was so friendly and the food was incredible! Exactly what you want when you go off the beaten track. We thoroughly recommend trying this place.
