Il fiore all'occhiello del birrificio è la birra "Sunflower" che negli anni ha ottenuto diversificati riconoscimenti, anche se non l'unica: vengono prodotte birre sia chiare che scure. Il birraio è professionale e cordiale, disponibile ad aprire le porte del suo birrificio per mostrarne le caratteristiche. È possibile comprare direttamente in birrificio a prezzo di spaccio.
Excellent quality craft beer. The flagship of the brewery is the "Sunflower" beer which over the years has received various awards, although not the only one: both light and dark beers are produced. The brewer is professional and friendly, willing to open the doors of his brewery to show its characteristics. It is possible to buy directly from the brewery at a sales price.

Ricerca e sperimentazione sono la caratteristica più importante, che poi producono nuove birre e ampliano la gamma offerta.
Qui i soldi sono spesi bene.
