★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo visitato oggi questo birrificio e siamo rimasti soddisfatti sia del tuor nell'area produzione, sia della degustazione di 3 birre delle 8 birre che vengono prodotte. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile, consigliata come tappa di passaggio per passare un paio d'ore interessanti.
We visited this brewery today and were satisfied with both the tuor in the production area and the tasting of 3 beers of the 8 beers that are produced. Very welcoming and helpful staff, recommended as a stop over to spend a couple of interesting hours.

Small craft brewery. Nice and nice staff! Very interesting guided tour with Alessandro, a knowledgeable and passionate brewer. Tasting with local cheeses and cured meats and an excellent mustard. Great beer! Absolutely to try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un paradiso per i cultori della buona birra e della cultura, dove non esistono dubbi stupidi ed ogni domanda (sulla birra) trova una sua spiegazione. I mastri birra sono preparatissimi, gentilissimi e molto disponibili a guidare le persone all interno del processo di produzione della loro ottima birra! La mia preferita è la botanica!
It is a paradise for lovers of good beer and culture, where there are no stupid doubts and every question (about beer) has its own explanation. The beer masters are very well prepared, very kind and very willing to guide people through the production process of their excellent beer! My favorite is botany!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Birrifico scoperto grazie a groupon, pur abitando vicino non mi ero mai accorta di questo posto. La visita guidata è stata molto interessante, Luana ci ha spiegato i vari tipo di malto e tutto il procedimento per fare una buona birra artigianale. Compreso nel prezzo c'erano 3 degustazioni di birre, un tagliere di salame e formaggio e 1 birra omaggio da portare a casa a persona. Inoltre nel birrificio è presente un piccolo museo dedicato al vino.
Brewery discovered thanks to groupon, although living nearby I never noticed this place. The guided tour was very interesting, Luana explained the various types of malt and the whole process for making a good craft beer. Included in the price were 3 beer tastings, a salami and cheese platter and 1 free beer to take home per person. Also in the brewery there is a small museum dedicated to wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the north of the Prosecco region is a brewery called Follina. I would have only expected wineries, but we stopped and took an aperitivo in the garden. The young woman who greeted us was very friendly and explained to us the different beers and products. We ordered a saison and double malt with a mixed cheese plate. The beer was great and the cheese plate went well with the drinks. The best part of that was the grape mustard sauce for the cheese - you have to try it! We left there with two boxes of mixed beers and two jars of the sauce. We'll visit again on our next trip!
