La birra è buona perché dentro oltre al luppolo e il malto d'orzo c'è l'amore di un ragazzo che ha investito nel territorio, non posso non dare 5 stelle a questa attività e invitarvi ad assaggiare le sue birre, che oltretutto hanno vinto dei premi internazionali Vi consiglio di assaggiare la smoky. Per accompagnare un bel boccale, si può chiedere un antipasto a base di salumi e formaggi locali. Insomma c’è passione e ricerca in questo posto e nei prodotti offerti. Unico appunto: si potrebbe allargare un pochino di più la proposta culinaria, pur rimanendo nell’ambito del puro “aperitivo”. È pur vero, però, che non è questa la vera vocazione di un birrificio a cui poi si affianca la Taproom! A good meeting point to sip a good craft beer.
