Birra superlativa! Ne producono per tutti i gusti. Io ho particolarmente apprezzato la birra acida, quella con malto di farro e la r.i.p. Mentre eravamo intenti ad assaggiare le varie tipologie di birre Barbara ci ha spiegato storia del birrificio, caratteristiche delle birre e molto altro Competenza e passione non mancano. Se siete amanti della birra passate di qua. We have had a tasting of their craft beers, but if you want you can also taste just one or more or simply go to the shop to buy a few bottles. Superb beer! They produce it for all tastes. I particularly appreciated the sour beer, the one with spelled malt and the r.i.p. While we were intent on tasting the various types of beers Barbara explained the history of the brewery, characteristics of the beers and much more. There is no lack of competence and passion. Ottima qualità ed ampia varietà di birre prodotte, alcune molto particolari quali la barricata o quella bianca acidula. Da provare tutte! Meritatamente premiato nel 2021 al "Best Italian beer" come miglior microbirrificio. Il loro motto é "il tempo non rispetta quel che si é fatto senza di lui." Complimenti, consigliatissimo! Splendid microbrewery located in a beautiful panoramic position, with the possibility of tasting beers during the summer. Excellent quality and wide variety of beers produced, some very special such as barricade or sour white. Try them all! Deservedly awarded in 2021 at the "Best Italian beer" as the best microbrewery. Their motto is "time does not respect what has been done without it." Congratulations, highly recommended!
