Le portate sono "giuste" dal punto di vista della quantità e sufficientemente buone dal punto di vista della qualità. Abbiamo preso il tagliere "apericena" e il menu "octoberfest", entrambi gradevoli ed adeguati al prezzo. Ci ritornerei?? Non so rispondere, non mi ha impressionato più di tanto... Small place, I expected it to be more "characteristic", from an aesthetic point of view it is a place like many others in Palermo. The courses are "right" from the point of view of quantity and good enough from the point of view of quality. We took the "apericena" platter and the "octoberfest" menu, both pleasant and adequate for the price. Would I go there again ?? I can't answer, it didn't impress me that much ...

A seguire un ottimo e tenerissimo goulash accompagnato da polenta e per finire strudel di mele. Ottima anche la birra compresa sempre nel menù. Altri amici hanno optato per piatti tedeschi come le polpette berlinesi, frittelle di patate, mix di wurstel tedeschi e hamburger. Tutti soddisfatti per la qualità, per le varietà di birre artigianali e per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Super consigliato, una delle migliori birrerie di Palermo. Excellent Oktoberfest menu, sausage accompanied by sauerkraut, sweet and sour onion and German-style potatoes. Followed by an excellent and tender goulash accompanied by polenta and to finish apple strudel. Also excellent is the beer always included in the menu. Other friends opted for German dishes such as Berlin meatballs, potato pancakes, German sausage mix and burgers. All satisfied for the quality, for the variety of craft beers and for the quality / price ratio. Super recommended, one of the best breweries in Palermo.

Birra ottima e personale attento ma non invadente. Prezzo, a mio parere, perfettamente in linea con la qualità delle pietanze provate. Da ritornare assolutamente per provare altri piatti. Recommended by friends, I went to this brewery to try German cuisine. All excellent. We ate shank, goulash and a fairytale mix. Excellent beer and attentive but not intrusive staff. Price, in my opinion, perfectly in line with the quality of the dishes tested. To return absolutely to try other dishes.

Locale carino e tranquillo in zona centrale. Assolutamente da provare! Invece grande sorpresa, ho preso un apericena con grigliata di carne birra da 0.40 e patatine fritte. Tutto 12 euro. Una fetta di Angus ottima, un nodino di salsiccia rivedibile, una fettina di pancetta di maiale buona, una costata di maiale buona e una fettina di pollo buona. Molto spazio alla fine e soddisfatto. A great slice of Angus, a knot of revisable sausage, a good slice of pork belly, a good rib of pork and a good slice of chicken. Lots of space at the end and satisfied.

Ora è stato rinnovato un po' in tutto, menù compresi. Ottime birre artigianali e non solo. Sapori ben speziati, ottima musica rock di sottofondo (radio freccia). Per bere una birra in compagnia è il posto giusto. Personale disponibile e attento alle richieste dei clienti. Good German food, but burgers and kebabs are also available.
