Non sembravano godere di buona salute(perdita di pelo, pelle lesionata su più punti)così ho chiesto spiegazioni al proprietario il quale mi ha rassicurato dicendomi che ciò era dovuto dal fatto che gli animali vivevano in spazi angusti, di conseguenza si ferivano, dunque la perdita del pelo era "normale". Mangio la foglia, compro,i porcellini e li porto per un controllo dal veterinario. Morale della favola: ROGNA. Ora sono in cura e stanno bene. Vorrei dire al proprietario di cambiare mestiere. State alla larga da questo posto. Professionalità e serietà pari a zero. Risposta al proprietario : Complimenti per la risposta. Voglio che Lei sappia che le sue intimidazioni non mi fanno paura. Infatti ci sono voluti quasi due mesi. Lasci perdere. E cambi mestiere. On 12/19/17 I bought 2 guinea pigs. They did not seem to enjoy good health (loss of hair, damaged skin on several points) so I asked the owner for explanations, who reassured me by saying that this was due to the fact that the animals lived in narrow spaces, consequently they injured themselves, therefore the hair loss was "normal". A distanza di oltre 10 anni da all'ora sono tornato in questa rivendita per "passare" da un 'acquario di pesci rossi ad uno tropicale. Sicuramente il personale è molto preparato in confronto ad un neofita del mio calibro, ma ho avvertito una mancanza di informazioni o interesse che mi aspettavo da un negozio storico di questo calibro. Certamente trattasi di una recensione personale basata su diversi acquisti effettuati negli ultimi 2 mesi. Non ho visto alcuna mancanza di professionalità e non mi riferisco certamente alle informazioni date (come il numero di pesci da avere in un acquario) ma a quelle date per scontato (avendo creato da Voi un acquario da zero). Ovviamente l'ignoranza non è una scusante, e dovevo informarmi meglio prima, ma considero il negozio "sotto casa" qualcosa in più di un motore di ricerca web. An institution Teramana! Molto facile da raggiungere e ci sono dei parcheggi lungo la strada. Great shop, where I bought my hamster and found everything I need for him, prices more than fair. Tanti pesci e uccellini ma anche tartarughe e cuccioli di ogni razza. C	Chiara Azzaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un coniglio nano testa di leone in gabbia stava sempre fermo non era molto attivo, il giorno dopo aveva la diarrea (sempre dato il mangiare fieno e pelet) il giorno dopo morto! Chiamo per avvertire mi dicono che potevo andare per prendere un altro, ho preso un altro coniglietto stessa razza molto vivace lui ma faceva la pupù minuscola fin dall’inizio, avevo chiamato il veterinario per una visita generale perché non volevo perdere anche lui in tre giorni mi ero affezionata ma il giorno della visita morto anche lui. La prima volta che ho chiamato il negozio la loro risposta oltre ad altre cose è stata “ha noi ci vivono”. E sono sicura che se lo avrei richiamato per la seconda volta la loro risposta sarebbe stata sempre quella “a noi ci vivono”. Io li ho tenuti dentro casa con cibo e acqua che servivano gli aprivo la gabbia per fargli uscire, penso di non aver sbagliato proprio niente ma a me non mi vivono. Erano entrambi malati. E aggiungerei anche che appena acquistati non avevano detto solo di mettere a mangiare fieno e pelet, ma i conigli sono animali delicati e vanno seguiti molto, penso era loro diritto di avvertirmi che avevano bisogno di vaccini e visite.. se non mi sarei informata su internet non ci sarei mai arrivata che dovevo portarli dal veterinario. Sicuramente è un negozio dove vendono tutto per gli animali ma sconsiglio assolutamente di comprarci animali! Prezzi ottimi (trovare il fieno per roditori a 3,50€ bello verde, fresco, tra l'altro della Versele-Laga sembrava una impresa ardua da quando mi sono trasferita a Teramo). Per quanto mi riguarda, hanno trovato una cliente in più ☺️ proprietari disponibili Well furnished.
