1 star is too much. Looking for a job, I am selected by this "company" for the role of Administrative Secretary. Maximum silence on everything, it seems to be in a bunker. I do the training, I choose the first guinea pigs to practice with (relatives, friends) because before being a secretary you have to sell for a few months. My tutor first tells me that it is only for training, then when he has in front of the people who have given me this chance he brings out all the greed, arrogance and rudeness by doing the math in the pockets of others and making it clear that if they don't buy they are poor people. Without considering (and here comes the beauty!) That the seller pulls out a sheet (of which I was unaware) in which the poor guinea pig has to write the names and numbers of 20 acquaintances (easy! Take your cell phone and choose one person per letter of the alphabet !!) .. hence the nightmare! Those 20 people, after 2 years, still receive calls in which guy X gives them a free check of the water !! despite 2 years ago I called them and asked to delete those names! Ah! And yes, Biosalus offers you a door to door !! It is useless that they say no !! All the negative reviews had to be considered true !! ???

Hi I wanted to write my opinion on this company, from me personally I will do bad publicity both on the behavior of your employees, they are always rude and extremely arrogant, two is on your product and very poor, not to mention the damage they have done me. My daughter bought the purifier from this bad company 2 years ago, she tells me that both the coll senters and all the staff are incapable of their work. They send their technicians in the house, unable to install mixers and then do damage to customers. I after my daughter had this problem I do not recommend everyone to install this purifier from this company. Unfortunately I was forced by the system to give a star! I bought from this company the best water purifier that they had in terms of water quality. After a few months I immediately start the problems. Water is not dispensed. Since it was under warranty I replace the pump. The system still continues to have problems .... and after a few months it stops again. I call the assistance who always fix long appointments, even ten days, same problem: the pump !!!! Cause: limescale in the pipe of my house (I live in a new building) !!! I refuse to change it because I don't trust the technician, an incompetent. I have another technician come, I am confirmed by the limescale that has blocked the pump. This time I agree to the replacement of the pump and pay. The technician leaves the house and after half an hour the system is blocked again! Hallucinating! It ends up in the service center for a long time .... some pieces change me. It seemed to be fine. After ten months it freezes again, the technician says it's the pump again. I have to pay back since there is a six-month warranty on the new replaced parts !!!! Basically I change more pumps than filters !!!!!!!!!! I don't make her change. I investigate .... I call the manufacturer of the pump which confirms my opinion, the pump does not stop due to limescale !!!! In all this time I make a lot of phone calls with complaints, the receptionists are only courteous to make appointments ... otherwise they are very arrogant, they do not allow me to speak because they speak on top. The most important thing is that I have the system water analyzed and it appears to have WELL water characteristics !!!! Now I find myself with a purifier, bought at a high price, blocked and that has always given me serious problems since the beginning of the purchase and a company that asks me 40 € for the call and 95 € for the filter change !!!! I found myself very badly Bad quality purifier !!!!!!
