Morale, percorro 85 km per sentirmi dire che avrei dovuto fare un percorso di formazione ( tipo Americana) on the job della durata di 3 mesi con contratto di collaborazione e con un oscillazione della paga da 600€ a 1200€, oscillazione data dalla sola presenza costante giornaliera. Tutto gravita intorno al numero dei prelievi di acqua che avrei fatto in quei 3 mesi per poi forse passare al ruolo di segretaria. Il mea culpa è stato quello di non cercare il nome della società di Internet, come ho sempre fatto, sarebbe venuto subito fuori il report di striscia la notizia che ha denunciato questa società già a maggio del 2021. Non andate a fare il colloquio anche perché vi chiedono di triste per primo i vostri parenti I applied for the position of executive secretary and despite my specific questions about the role I was told that the research was aimed at expanding the workforce. Mi sono guardato un po attorno e mi sembra un ambiente molto competitivo e stimolante (proprio come piace a me). Offrono un periodo di formazione, a mio avviso molto utile visto che molto spesso veniamo catapultati nel mondo del lavoro senza saper nè leggere e nè scrivere. Periodo anche retribuito con un fisso mensile... mi è capitato ben due volte di fare corsi di formazione (in ambito metalmeccanico) in cui le aziende le dovevo pagare io per fare il tirocinio. Per il momento sto attendendo risposta ma non vedo l'ora di iniziare. I did three interviews for this company (one with a manager and two more a little longer with another). I've looked around a bit and it seems like a very competitive and challenging environment (just the way I like it). They offer a period of training, in my opinion very useful since very often we are catapulted into the world of work without knowing how to read or write. Period also paid with a fixed monthly ... it happened to me twice to do training courses (in the engineering field) in which companies had to pay them to do the internship. For the moment I'm waiting for an answer but can't wait to get started.

Sono entrata con l’obiettivo di diventare la HR( addetta alle Risorse umane) della sede Biosalus Brindisi. Ho iniziato il percorso di formazione come tutti, con sacrifici, difficoltà e ostacoli da superare e ringrazio sempre il Manager che mi ha seguita durante i mesi di formazione. Ad oggi non sarei quella sono. Da luglio dell’anno scorso sono cresciuta molto sia da un punto di vista professionale e sia da un punto di vista emotivamente personale. Sono felice e mi alzo sempre con la motivazione di fare sempre meglio il mio lavoro. La vita va vissuta per obiettivi proprio come il metodo della mia azienda. Il segreto del successo è mantenere sempre un atteggiamento mentale positivo perché è quello che porta ad avere grandi risultati. Pensa positivo e avrai positivo. Sono contenta di trasmettere la mia passione agli altri perché è fondamentale. Essere preparati per iniziare a formare altre persone che hanno voglia di mettersi in gioco. In July I turned one year since I am part of the Biosalus family. I have loved what I do for a year. I entered with the aim of becoming the HR (Human Resources Officer) of the Biosalus Brindisi office. I started the training path like everyone else, with sacrifices, difficulties and obstacles to overcome and I always thank the Manager who followed me during the months of training. To date I would not be that I am. Since July of last year I have grown a lot both from a professional point of view and from an emotionally personal point of view. I am happy and I always get up with the motivation to do my job better and better. Life must be lived for goals just like the method of my company. The secret of success is always maintaining a positive mental attitude because that is what leads to great results. Think positive and you will get positive. Ho conseguito la mia prima qualifica da manager dopo un periodo di formazione che mi era correttamente stato prospettato dal personale delle risorse umane. L'azienda è solida e stimolante e, soprattutto, è improntata sulla meritocrazia, particolare da non trascurare. Sulla qualità dei prodotti credo non si possa assolutamente discutere, lo dico anche per esperienza personale avendo io stesso un depuratore Biosalus. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque abbia voglia di mettersi in gioco e abbia uno spirito propositivo. I signed my first collaboration contract 3 days after the initial interview. I obtained my first managerial qualification after a training period that was correctly presented to me by the human resources staff. The company is solid and stimulating and, above all, is based on meritocracy, a particular not to be overlooked.
