All'inizio ero un po' scettico sul prodotto ma grazie all'ottima consulenza di Elena ho capito fino in fondo l'importanza di poter avere a casa un depuratore ad osmosi inversa, soprattutto avendo una bambina piccola.. Anche il tecnico che me l'ha installato entro una settimana dall'acquisto è stato molto cordiale dandomi alcuni consigli importanti. Ve lo consiglio vivamente!! Super satisfied !! Purtroppo mi trovo costretta a non poter dare un punteggio più alto, in quanto trovo inaffidabile e poco professionale questa azienda o i suoi collaboratori. Più di un'anno fa ho acquistato da loro un impianto, e a distanza di un'anno abbiamo contattato più volte l'azienda per ricevere manutenzione e assistenza ma senza ricevere nessun riscontro. Inoltre pur di vendere i prodotti promettono ciò che dopo l'acquisto diventano solo dicerie. Mai trovata un'azienda così poco professionale. Dopo questa esperienza ve la sconsiglio. Bad experience !!
