Il mio piatto dopo la pizza di Bio's a Gambettola non ha neanche bisogno del giro in lavastoviglie. Ottima pizza sia per gusto che per cottura. In più, ci tengo a sottolinearlo, una VERA PIZZA SENZA GLUTINE Cotta e preparata in una stanza e in un forno separata dal resto con plexiglass divisori, una cura che molti altri non hanno. Consigliatissima There is not much to say, when a pizza is good the plate is always empty and clean. My dish after Bio's pizza in Gambettola doesn't even need the dishwasher. Excellent pizza for both taste and cooking. Avrei dato 4 stelle per la gran varietà di impasti ma... visto che fanno parte dei locali che non rispettano la libertà delle persone e appoggiano la discriminazione anticostituzionale del nostro governo e ti scacciano se non hai il green pass, meritano solo 2 stelline! Average pizza. Nothing striking!
