B	Barbara Polato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A causa di password errate mi si era bloccato il PC. ..schermo nero. ..Ho chiamato x sapere se dovevo portarlo a vedere. ..il ragazzo che mi ha risposto. ..più che gentile. ..mi ha guidato in una procedura di ripristino e quando la situazione non sembrava migliorata mi ha dato dei numeri da contattare visto che è ancora in garanzia. Ho ripetuto con calma la procedura dopo che ci siamo salutati ed il PC è tornato a funzionare. ..Non posso fare altro che ringraziare e dare una recensione più che positiva My PC crashed due to incorrect passwords. ..black screen. ..I called to find out if I had to take him to see. ..the boy who answered me. .. more than kind. .. guided me through a recovery procedure and when the situation did not seem to have improved, he gave me contact numbers as he is still under warranty. I calmly repeated the procedure after we said goodbye and the PC went back to working. .. I can only thank and give a more than positive review

Ho portato il pc in negozio: non sapendo cosa avesse me lo hanno tenuto lì senza acconto. Dopo due giorni è arrivata "la diagnosi" e mi hanno informato dei costi (preventivo fatto gratis) Altri due giorni e avevo il pc pronto! Portato il martedì pomeriggio, pronto il sabato pomeriggio (e dovevano ordinare un pezzo).gentilissimi e alla mano! Comodo anche da raggiungere da Milano in macchina! I had the screen of a half-broken Hp notebook! I called the first time to find out what to do and they were very kind! I brought the PC to the shop: not knowing what it had, they kept it there without a down payment. After two days the "diagnosis" arrived and they informed me of the costs (estimate made for free) Two more days and I had the pc ready! Brought on Tuesday afternoon, ready on Saturday afternoon (and they had to order a piece). Also easy to reach from Milan by car!
