★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho effettuato più di una volta una pulizia al viso perché mi è stata regalata e devo dire che nonostante avessi una pelle discretamente bella mi è stato rovinata dalla pulizia. Per il resto sembra un centro estetico molto pulito e professionale.
 I did a facial cleaning more than once because it was given to me and I must say that despite having a fairly nice skin I was ruined by cleaning. For the rest it looks like a very clean and professional beauty center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo dare una valutazione negativa. Per 10 minuti di ritardo con preavviso (ho chiamato per avvisare) il mio appuntamento e stato annullato in modo maleducato. Situazione peggiorata dal fatto che le indicazioni stradali per raggiungere il luogo (io non sono di imola) sono imprecise e mi hanno fatto tardare dovendo girare attorno al quartiere senza informazioni ed essendo incinta.
Non posso valutare il servizio ma sicuramente poca disponibilità nei confronti di quella che poteva essere una nuova cliente.
Unfortunately I have to give a negative evaluation. For 10 minutes late with notice (I called to notify) my appointment was canceled in a rude way. Situation made worse by the fact that the directions to reach the place (I'm not from Imola) are inaccurate and made me delay having to go around the neighborhood without information and being pregnant.
I can't evaluate the service, but I certainly don't have much availability for what could have been a new customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e professionale le 4 stelle vanno a loro. I prezzi sono un po' alti, comunque in 6 sedute ho eliminato i peli con il laser e lo smalto semipermanente mi è durato per 3 settimane
Polite and professional staff the 4 stars go to them. The prices are a bit high, however in 6 sessions I removed the hair with the laser and the semi-permanent nail polish lasted me for 3 weeks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente mi sono trovata bene sia per quanto riguarda i trattamenti effettuati sia per quanto riguarda il servizio. Molto brava e preparata la ragazza specializzata in ricostruzione delle unghie, davvero molto seria e carina. Mi sono state però riportate esperienze dalle amiche a cui ho consigliato di andare, le quali mi hanno riferito di essersi imbattute in estetiste che discutevano tra loro di fronte alle clienti o che parlavano di argomenti non inerenti il lavoro mentre effettuavano trattamenti sulle clienti. Nonostante tutto lo consiglio perché per ora mi sono sempre trovata bene io!!
Personally, I felt good about both the treatments I performed and the service. Very skilled and prepared the girl specialized in nail reconstruction, really very serious and pretty. However, experiences were reported to me by the friends I advised them to go to, who told me that they had encountered beauticians discussing with each other in front of clients or talking about subjects that were not related to work while they were treating clients. In spite of everything I recommend it because for now I have always found myself well !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più di 20 anni che lo frequentò a suo tempo mi fu inviata a domicilio una tessera fedeltà col 50x 100 di sconto sull abbronzatura e nn li ho più lasciati bravi cordiali massima cura x il cliente!!!
