★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno rovinato i capelli, ho fatto da loro i colpi di luce specificando che volevo un biondo molto chiaro freddo e una base sotto scura che mi dava profondità. Gli ho fatto vedere una foto in modo che non si potessero sbagliare. Insomma sono uscita da lì tutta gialla compreso la base. Ho detto chiaramente che non era ciò che volevo.
Sono ritornata dopo una settimana parlando con il titolare Francesco e lamentandomi del problema. Mi hanno rifatto i colpi di luce. Vergognoso stavolta sono uscita con la base rossiccia la frangetta colore cenere e non c'è una ciocca uguale all'altra hanno tutte un rossiccio, biondo, castano ecc ecc. Uno schifo. Per concludere mi hanno pure fatto pagare un minimo ( cioè la piega). LO SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE.

Mi hanno fatto aspettare mezz'ora, dopo la piega mi accorgo che i miei capelli sono NERI alle radici e gialli su tutto il resto della testa, con delle macchie nere sparse sul giallo. Quando l'ho detto al parrucchiere quello ha fatto finta che non mi stesse mandando a casa così e ha continuato il lavoro. Se facevo qualche richiesta diceva che "devo decidermi" e ovviamente il risultato non è assolutamente meglio di quello precedente.
INCOMPETENT AND RUDE. DON'T GO.
