Ma ciò che ritengo più grave e non professionale è il vostro atteggiamento “da non pervenuti”. A fronte di una spesa di quasi 20.000€ non è etico sparire così, senza dare spiegazioni, negandosi, non mettendoci la faccia se non con scuse da 3a elementare. Un altra cosa che ha del grottesco è il vostro modo di agire come professionisti. spero un giorno riuscirete a farmi capire il motivo per il quale avete rimosso i vecchi infissi in maggio per lasciare casa nuova e ristrutturata ad acqua e vento…. il maltempo di questi giorni mi ha creato dei disastri! Un consiglio da non addetto ai lavori, la prossima volta sarebbe meglio sostituire le vecchie finestre pochi giorni prima del fissaggio delle nuove e non 6/7 mesi in anticipo.
