★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto la dott. Castrichini grazie all' organizzazione dove faccio yoga, la quale aveva organizzato un corso sull'alimentazione e DNA: un argomento per me del tutto nuovo. Sin dall'inizio è stato molto interessante seguire le spiegazioni e partecipare all'incontro grazie alla chiarezza e alla semplicità nell'illustrazione dell'argomento e soprattutto grazie alla grande disponibilità di Monica nel rispondere anche alle domande più semplici fatte da un'inesperta come me sull'argomento. Grande disponibilità, semplicità e chiarezza combinate con un alto livello di professionalità e conoscenze sono state alla base per l'incontro personale che ha seguito e i continui chiarimenti su "cosa e come mangiare"!!! Consigliatissima sia per chi vuol perdere peso, sia per chi vuol IMPARARE A MANGIARE, CONOSCERSI MEGLIO (grazie al test del DNA) e VIVERE IN SALUTE!
 I met dr. Castrichini thanks to the organization where I do yoga, which had organized a course on nutrition and DNA: a completely new topic for me. From the beginning it was very interesting to follow the explanations and participate in the meeting thanks to the clarity and simplicity in the illustration of the topic and above all thanks to Monica's great availability in answering even the simplest questions asked by an inexperienced like me on the subject. Great availability, simplicity and clarity combined with a high level of professionalism and knowledge were the basis for the personal meeting that followed and the continuous clarifications on "what and how to eat" !!! Highly recommended both for those who want to lose weight and for those who want to LEARN HOW TO EAT, GET TO KNOW THEM BETTER (thanks to the DNA test) and LIVE IN HEALTH!
