Mi segue Ginevra da un anno e con lei mi trovo molto bene. Professionale, attenta, scrupolosa e paziente Ginevra è bravissima. Lo consiglio!!! I have been doing the Laser in Biolaser for a year now, I started with the Total Body and now I am continuing with the maintenance only in the groin and armpit areas. La ragazza che mi segue si chiama Cherola ed è super professionale, attenta e gentile. Consiglio vivamente questo posto e questa ragazza!!! I initially bought a package of 3 sessions and now another 12; I am in the sixth session and I can only say that I am very satisfied with the results obtained to date. The girl who follows me is called Cherola and she is super professional, attentive and kind. I highly recommend this place and this girl !!!

Ti bussano alla porta dopo 10 minuti di trattamento Total body e i peli non vanno via dopo mesi e mesi non ho risolto nulla ... Chiedono solo i soldi con un tranello di un contratto. Ho pagato profumatamente tutto in anticipo, ma non c'è professionalità. Mi sono sentita a disagio sinceramente e mi hanno trattata male. Cambiano sempre personale non c'è mai un operatrice fissa e gli operatori del numero verde sono d accordo con le stesse. È solo un business e a questo punto ci vorrebbero le iene..... Non si può tenere un cliente 10 minuti e bussare alla porta facendolo scapicollare... Mancanza di professionalità e serietà ma soprattutto mi sa' di truffa. Questo è il mio punto di vista e sono sincera ed è inutile che il proprietario mi risponde perché il cliente ha sempre ragione. VERGOGNA!!!!! Absolutely not recommend to everyone. There is a knock on the door after 10 minutes of Total body treatment and the hair does not go away after months and months I have not solved anything ... They only ask for the money with a trap of a contract. I paid handsomely for everything in advance, but there is no professionalism. I genuinely felt uncomfortable and treated me badly. They always change staff, there is never a fixed operator and the toll-free number operators agree with them. It's just a business and at this point it would take the hyenas ..... You can't keep a customer for 10 minutes and knock on the door making him scapicolare ... Lack of professionalism and seriousness but above all I feel like a scam. This is my point of view and I am sincere and it is useless for the owner to answer me because the customer is always right. SHAME!!!!!

Con lei mi sto trovando benissimo per la cura e l'attenzione con cui esegue il trattamento e i vari consigli per ottenere il massimo dei benefici. Consiglio di chiedere di lei. Il trattamento sta funzionando ed all'epoca (prima del covid-19) l'avevo acquistato anche a buon prezzo). Alla fine del trattamento scriverò ancora per farvi sapere i risultati. Il 4 stelle deriva da alcuni problemini che ho avuto con il centro di per se, poi comunque risolti. I have been attending this center to do the laser for a while now. Non mi hanno dato neanche la possibilità di aspettare un turno successivo. Tengo a precisare che sono sempre puntuale e non mi era mai successa una cosa del genere. I bought a package from them and they didn't specify that punctuality was a state issue for them, I arrived 3 minutes late and they told me my appointment was missed. They didn't even give me a chance to wait for a later shift. I want to clarify that I am always on time and such a thing had never happened to me.

Mi è stato detto dallo staff che avrei avuto bisogno di altre 8 sedute, ma di stare tranquilla che avevo gia' ottenuto un buon risultato (?). Ho rifiutato di pagarle. Siamo arrivati all'accordo che loro me ne avrebbero offerta qualcuna extra con un programma personalizzato (e le 11 sedute precedenti non erano personalizzate quindi?). Ho fatto queste 4 sedute personalizzate e sono al punto di partenza. Ho provato a scrivere alla responsabile per aggiornarla sulla mia situazione, ha visualizzato il messaggio e non mi ha più risposto. I bought a 2-zone package for 500 euros, 12 sessions. After 11 sessions I still had a lot of regrowth, so I contacted support. I was told by the staff that I would need another 8 sessions, but to rest assured that I had already obtained a good result (?). I refused to pay them. We came to the agreement that they would offer me some extra with a personalized program (and the previous 11 sessions weren't personalized then?).
