★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho usufruito della promozione total body senza trarne alcun beneficio. Mi è stato affibbiato un foto tipo senza verificare se sulla zona ci fossero peli che necessitavano di un'intensità diversa e, dopo aver passato il rasoio elettrico (3mm) su tutto il corpo,come prescritto dal protocollo (...), a distanza di un mese nemmeno un pelo è caduto. Non mi sento di consigliare questo centro per la depilazione.
 I took advantage of the total body promotion without benefiting from it. I was given a typical photo without checking if there were hairs on the area that needed a different intensity and, after passing the electric razor (3mm) all over the body, as prescribed by the protocol (...), at a distance in a month not even a hair fell out. I don't recommend this hair removal center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mio parere poca professionalità se pur si ostentare il meglio...preso un pacchetto laser 4 zone 10 SEDUTE a 700euro subito dopo lo stesso pacchetto a meno di 100...pagamento da effettuare in 2 volte e ce ne ho messe 3, telefonate x saldare... Ogni seduta gamba intera? Ci metto di più a spogliarmi e rivestirmi che la seduta.. Velocità della luce ???
In my opinion little professionalism even if you flaunt the best ... took a laser package 4 zones 10 SESSIONS at 700 euros immediately after the same package for less than 100 ... payment to be made in 2 times and I put 3, phone calls x weld ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato in loco sotto pandemia ed ero un po' preoccupato, ma ho trovato un posto estremamente pulito che mi ha subito tranquillizzato. La responsabile (Claudia) è davvero disponibile, professionale oltre che molto simpatica. Sono molto soddisfatto del servizio svolto in maniera professionale e con cura. Molto bene!
I went there under a pandemic and was a little worried, but I found an extremely clean place that immediately calmed me. The manager (Claudia) is really helpful, professional as well as very nice. I am very satisfied with the service carried out professionally and with care. Very well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho poco tempo nella mia agenda e si come ne ho poco cerco di non sprecarlo. Mi spiace tanto che l'ho perso con delle persone poco professionali e ho organizzato la giornata considerando questo appuntamento.
Sono arrivata al appuntamento e mi hanno fatto aspettare 20 min.
Per me 20 min significano tanto. Intanto mi è chiaro una cosa : se fanno aspettare un nuovo cliente vuol dire non c'è organizzazione, non c'è professionalità e non esiste rispetto ai confronti del cliente, per il suo tempo e impegno ad esserci puntuale. Se fin da subito non c'è serietà come potrei fidarmi per farmi fare dei trattamenti? ??
E poi non vorrei pensare ad altro.... si come ho i tratti asiatici e chiaro che sono straniera, quindi? "Lasciamo aspettare questa qua?"
P.S. Spero che non è così ma solo mancanza di organizzazione e serietà.

I have little time in my diary and yes as I have little I try not to waste it. I'm so sorry that I missed it with some unprofessional people and I organized the day considering this appointment.
I got to the appointment and they made me wait 20 min.
For me 20 min means a lot. In the meantime, one thing is clear to me: if they make a new customer wait, it means there is no organization, there is no professionalism and it does not exist with respect to the customer, due to his time and commitment to be punctual. If immediately there is no seriousness how could I trust to get treatments done? ??
And then I would not like to think about anything else .... yes as I have Asian features and clear that I am a foreigner, then? "Shall we let this one wait?"
P.S. I hope this is not the case but only a lack of organization and seriousness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima struttura che si prende cura del cliente motivandolo e seguendolo nei trattamenti che rappresentano così un reale percorso di benessere, viatico per una remise en forme integrale. Il centro Biolaser a Subaugusta è praticamente all'uscita della Metro ed è curato grazie a uno staff dedicato preparato e motivato a servire una clientela vasta per numero e per diversità. Ho notato che sanno approcciare il cliente capendo le diverse esigenze

Professionalità, disponibilità e taaaantaaa pazienza contraddistinguono il personale ben scelto e preparato ad accogliere le clienti x soddisfare le loro esigenze...Oltre a curare il lato estetico curano anche il lato umano (cosa non scontata visti i tempi che corrono) senza mai essere invadenti... Insomma x me sono una garanzia, consiglio vivamente ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata una dipendente di biolaser Brescia , oggi dopo tre mesi di prova da contratto di ASSISTENTE, entravo in cabina, facevo consulenze e aiutavo al fatturato come se avessi il contratto di OPERATRICE e al giorno d’oggi mi hanno licenziata perché hanno detto che non mi impegnavo e neanche un preavviso mi hanno dato.
Di una azienda rispettabile come questa mi aspettavo serietà, professionalità.
Una vera delusione… ( se potessi metterei 0 stelle)
