The biolaser operators are all very professional, kind and competent. I am doing both laser treatment and body treatments. They advised me in the best way on what was best suited to my body and I am very satisfied with the results I am getting. I recommend it to everybody

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lascio 4 stelle solo perché sono alla 4a seduta su 12. Per il momento mi trovo molto molto bene la crescita del pelo è davvero rallentata. Da passare la lametta ogni giorno ad una volta ogni 7/10 giorni è un risultato pazzesco in così poco tempo. Complimenti alla ragazza con i capelli rossi (credo si chiami Giorgia ma non vorrei sbagliarmi) questa recensione la scrivo soprattutto per farle i miei sinceri complimenti per avermi messa a mio agio completamente.

I leave 4 stars only because I am in the 4th session out of 12. For the moment I am very very happy the growth of the hair has really slowed down. To pass the blade every day to once every 7/10 days is a crazy result in such a short time. Congratulations to the girl with red hair (I think her name is Giorgia but I wouldn't want to be wrong) I am writing this review above all to make her my sincere compliments for putting me at ease completely.
I think it is essential regardless of everything, I already want to do the 5th ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rattristata nel dover lasciare una recensione negativa ma credo sia utile per chi, come me, si rivolgerà a questo centro sulla base di ricerche fatte su google. Lascio due stelle perchè le dipendenti del centro non mi sono sembrate delle estetiste bensì delle VENDITRICI e basta... dico ciò in quanto non hanno saputo dare dei consigli sinceri sull'efficacia o no del trattamento sulla base della situazione personale della mia pelle e del mio pelo, unico obiettivo ad ogni seduta era proporre pacchetti nuovi anzicchè interessarsi del risultato NULLO che stavo avendo. Si sa che il laser non ha su tutti la stessa efficacia ma, non avere neanche un minimo miglioramento è assurdo... in un altro centro mi è stato subito detto che in quella zona è inutile fare il laser perchè, per la tipologia di pelo, non si avranno mai risultati. La sincerità non lo scroccare soldi senza pietà!!! Altro aspetto negativo, non sono stata seguita da una sola specialista con la quale confrontare i progressi ma da tutte in base ai turni. Mi mancava una seduta ma ho preferito perderla, organizzare il lavoro per una cosa che non funziona non ha proprio senso. Non c'è attenzione per il cliente e, da commerciale quale sonio, ho visto solo una vendita perenne e aggressiva. Posizione del centro scomodissima per il parcheggio.
I am saddened to leave a negative review but I think it is useful for those who, like me, will turn to this center based on research done on google. I leave two stars because the employees of the center did not seem to me to be beauticians but to SELLERS and that's it ... I say this because they have not been able to give sincere advice on the effectiveness or not of the treatment based on the personal situation of my skin and my hair, the only goal at each session was to propose new packages rather than be interested in the NULL result I was having. It is known that the laser does not have the same effectiveness on everyone but, not having even a minimum improvement is absurd ... in another center I was immediately told that in that area it is useless to do the laser because, for the type of hair , you will never get results. Sincerity don't scrounge money mercilessly !!! Another negative aspect, I was not followed by a single specialist with whom to compare the progress but by all based on the shifts. I was missing a session but I preferred to lose it, organizing work for something that doesn't work just doesn't make sense. There is no focus on the customer and, as a salesman like sonio, I have only seen a perennial and aggressive sale. Location of the center very inconvenient for parking.
