Einen schönen guten Tag Frau Aspmair und Geschäftsleitung des Biokistls. Es ist Sonntag der 28.02.2021 fast 13 Uhr und ich habe noch kein Biokistl erhalten. Ich habe meine Bestellung dieses Mal sehr früh bereits abgeschickt, da Anfang der letzten Woche bereits klar war, dass ich mein Heimatdorf St. Leonhard nicht verlassen darf. Eigentlich hatte ich den Lieferdienst mittlerweile bereits völlig gestrichen, da ich in den letzten Jahren immer wieder Probleme bei eurer Logistik hatte... Nichts desto trotz zähle ich mich zu euren treuen Stammkunden, die regelmäßig Obst und Gemüse im Conad St. Martin und/oder direkt in euren Filialen Obermais oder Lana wöchentlich einkaufen. Ich liebe euer Sortiment und die Auswahl, finde die Preise fair und bin mit der Qualität zu 99% zufrieden. Als ich am Freitag Nachmittag vergebens mein Kistl vor der Haustür suchte, habe ich eure Servicenummer kontaktiert. Eine Frau Sieglinde hat mir tatsächlich zu verstehen gegeben, dass wenn ich nicht regelmäßig bestelle, dann kann ich auch nicht erwarten Informationen über evtl. Verspätungen der Kistl zu erwarten. Denn die Infos werden wöchentlich dem Kistl beigelegt... Am Samstag Vormittag finde ich die Mail im Posteingang von Freitag Abend, dass man sich entschuldigt, doch aufgrund von Logistik Problemen- momentaner Umzug des Firmensitzes wird erst am Sonntag geliefert. Ich habe dann noch schnell meinen Mann ins Dorf geschickt zumindest eine Milch für das Frühstück am Sonntag zu besorgen, da ich mit einer Erkältung zu Hause sitze und Verantwortungsbewusst das Haus nicht verlasse. Mittlerweile finde ich die Situation absolut nicht mehr tragbar und kann einfach nicht verstehen, wie ihr euren Kunden so etwas zumuten könnt. Ich habe meinen gesamten wöchentlichen Einkauf bei euch organisiert und meine Familie und ich sitzen nun ohne Lebensmittel zu Hause... Ihr müsst unbedingt eure Logistik überdenken, denn seit ich euch kenne- mittlerweile viele Jahre, habt ihr immer Probleme damit... Ihr seid absolut unzuverlässig!!! Aber anscheinend könnt ihr es euch leisten, da ihr ohne Konkurrenz da steht. Wenn ich nicht so sehr auf ekne gesunde Ernährung achten würde und mir Bioprodukte so wichtig wären, dürfte man bei euch nie wieder einkaufen. Bei solch einer schlimmen Situation, in der wir uns alle befinden, dann noch so unprofessionell und unzuverlässig zu arbeiten ist einfach eine maßlose Unverschämtheit! Ich möchte, dass diese Mail bis an die Geschäftsleitung weitergeleitet wird und Stellung genommen wird. Mich würde die nächste Ausrede wundern! Und kommen Sie mir nicht, es fehlt Ihnen an Arbeitskräften, denn dann sparen Sie am falschen Ort auf Kosten der zahlenden Bürger! Mit besten Grüßen aus Passeier

This time I sent my order very early because it was already clear at the beginning of last week that I would not be allowed to leave my home village of St. Leonhard. Actually, I had meanwhile completely canceled the delivery service, as I had repeatedly had problems with your logistics over the past few years ... Nevertheless, I count myself to your loyal regular customers who regularly buy fruit and vegetables in the Conad St. Martin and / or directly in your Obermais or Lana branches on a weekly basis. I love your range and the selection, think the prices are fair and I am 99% satisfied with the quality. When I looked in vain for my Kistl on the doorstep on Friday afternoon, I contacted your service number. A Ms. Sieglinde actually gave me to understand that if I don't order regularly, then I can't expect information about possible delays of the Kistl. Because the information is added to the box every week ... On Saturday morning I find the email in the inbox from Friday evening that one apologizes, but due to logistics problems - the current move of the company headquarters will only be delivered on Sunday. I then quickly sent my husband to the village to get at least some milk for breakfast on Sunday, because I am sitting at home with a cold and responsibly do not leave the house. In the meantime I find the situation absolutely unsustainable and I just can't understand how you can expect your customers to do something like that. I have organized all of my weekly shopping with you and my family and I are now sitting at home with no groceries ... You absolutely have to rethink your logistics, because since I've known you - for many years now, you've always had problems with it ... You are absolutely unreliable !!! But apparently you can afford it because you have no competition. If I didn't pay so much attention to a healthy diet and if organic products were so important to me, one should never shop with you again. In such a dire situation that we are all in, no matter how unprofessional and unreliable it is to work is simply immeasurable insolence! I would like this mail to be forwarded to the management and for a statement to be made. I would be surprised at the next excuse! And don't come to me, you are short of manpower, because then you save in the wrong place at the expense of the paying citizens! With best regards from Passeier

prodotti naturali... Vero! Trattamento clienti, inteso come a chi tocca... tutto da capire. Oggi, mentre attendevo il mio turno mi sono passati davanti almeno 2 persone. Mentre la commessa faceva il conteggio e lo comunicava alla cassiera, quest'ultima ha fatto altri due scontrini volanti... Insomma, hanno aperto nuovo negozio con più prodotti e spazio, ma il trattamento vs. i clienti di lingua italiana è pessimo. Mai più! Aggiornamento 08.04.2021 Mi hanno scritto via mail e risposto alla recensione. Apprezzo il gesto, ma purtoppo la questione rimane la stessa... finché non ci sarà attenzione nel negozio, tramite numerazione, i comportammenti scorretti non cesseranno. Invece di risolvere mi invitano ad acquistare on line... Aumento di una stella la valutazione della recensione per l'educazione della risposta, ma il giudizio complessivo, nonostante i prodotti ottimi, rimane nel complesso negativo.

In short, they opened a new shop with more products and space, but the treatment vs. Italian speaking customers is bad. Never again! Update 08.04.2021 They emailed me and replied to the review. I appreciate the gesture, but unfortunately the question remains the same ... until there is attention in the shop, through numbering, the incorrect behavior will not cease. Instead of solving they invite me to buy online ... The review rating has been increased by one star for the education of the response, but the overall rating, despite the excellent products, remains negative overall.

Gut sortiert. (Weitgehend) regionales Bio-Gemüse und -Obst, frischer Käse und Aufschnitt, einige Brotsorten, abgepackte Lebensmittel, Kosmetika etc. - natürlich alles Bio, was angesichts der schlechten bis nicht vorhandenen Auswahl an Bio-Lebensmitteln und anderen Bio-Produkten in normalen Geschäften wirklich sehr willkommen ist.
Well sorted. (Largely) regional organic vegetables and fruits, fresh cheese and cold cuts, some types of bread, packaged foods, cosmetics, etc. - of course, everything organic, given the poor or nonexistent selection of organic foods and other organic products in normal shops is really very welcome.
