★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fabulous little health food store in a little shopping plaza with a very good Brico store opposite in lamezia. The courteous and helpful lady at the front was very informative about the products all of whom were organic and high quality. We also had a superb complimentary cafe espresso there whilst shopping. They have a unique range of ceramic ware for sale made by a seminario near Palmi that I have not seen anywhere else. And the artisanal bread esp the sourdough one with antique grains is just to die for! Highly recommended for foodies who care about what they eat!
