La lavanderia è situata sotto ai portici della piazza di Mezzate.
Fino a due anni fa all'interno erano presenti delle sedie che al momento non ci sono.
Per sedersi c'è solo una piccola panca che può contenere al massimo 3 o 4 persone (stando molto attaccati).
È anche vero che spesso la gente attende in casa propria, dato che della lavandera usufruiscono soprattutto gli abitanti del luogo.
In ogni caso, se non si vuole attendere dentro o in casa propria, nelle immedite vicinanze ci sono: un bar pasticceria, un ristorante ed una pizzeria. Inoltre la piazza è servita da numerose panchine all'aperto.
All'interno ci sono due lavatrici piccole per il lavaggio di circa 10 kg ed una grande per il lavaggio di circa 15 kg (i piumoni matrimoniali vanno messi qui obbligatoriamente).
Sono inoltre presenti due asciugatrici.
Le istruzioni non sono chiarissime.
Una persona anziana potrebbe avere delle difficoltà a capire.
In caso di necessità è segnalato un numero di cellulare da poter chiamare.
È aperta tutti i giorni dalle 7.30 alle 20.20.
In questo momento il pavimento è un po' sporco, ma credo sia dovuto all'inciviltà di alcune persone che usufruiscono del servizio.

The laundry room is located under the arcades of Piazza di Mezzate.
Until two years ago there were chairs inside that are not there at the moment.
To sit there is only a small bench that can hold a maximum of 3 or 4 people (being very attached).
It is also true that people often wait in their own home, given that the locals mainly use the laundry.
In any case, if you don't want to wait inside or in your own home, in the immediate vicinity there are: a pastry bar, a restaurant and a pizzeria. In addition, the square is served by numerous outdoor benches.
Inside there are two small washing machines for washing about 10 kg and a large one for washing about 15 kg (double duvets must be put here compulsorily).
There are also two dryers.
The instructions are not very clear.
An older person may have difficulty understanding.
In case of need, a mobile phone number is available to call.
It is open every day from 7.30 to 20.20.
Right now the floor is a little dirty, but I think it's due to the incivility of some people who use the service.
