Le modifiche fatte alla peggior maniera, imbastite con il filo e non ripassate a macchina rischiando di scucirsi, il lato sinistro visibilmente storto rispetto al destro, filo bianco su giacca nera! Io (che non sono una sarta) non avrei potuto fare di peggio.
Mi hanno fatto uno sconto (3e anziché 12); non avrei dovuto pagare affatto e ricevere quanto meno delle scuse per il pessimo lavoro su una giacca appena comprata che ora sembra una pezza vecchia rattoppata.
Quick laundry service, but bad tailoring service. The changes made in the worst way, basted with the thread and not reworked by machine risking to come apart, the left side visibly wrong compared to the right, white thread on a black jacket! I (who am not a seamstress) could not have done worse.
They gave me a discount (3e instead of 12); I shouldn't have paid at all and at least received an apology for the bad job on a newly bought jacket that now looks like an old patched patch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per lavare 1 capo e consegnarlo ci sono volute 3 settimane... E non hanno nemmeno avvisato che il capo nn era pronto alla data stabilita.. Do 2 stelle perché alla fine il capo è stato anche lavato bene...
It took 3 weeks to wash 1 garment and deliver it ... And they didn't even warn that the garment wasn't ready on the established date .. I give 2 stars because in the end the garment was also washed well ...
