Big disappointment I was expecting Professionalism. INSTEAD .. USELESS TO OPEN A LABORATORY WHEN YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO GUARANTEE THE SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo laboratorio, mi servo qui da quando, anni fa, hanno risolto un problema eseguendo un esame particolare a mio figlio che altri laboratori a Brindisi non conoscevano neanche, da allora mi rivolgo solo a loro riscontrando professionalità, disponibilità e gentilezza.
Excellent laboratory, I have been serving here since, years ago, they solved a problem by performing a particular exam on my son that other laboratories in Brindisi did not even know, since then I only turn to them, finding professionalism, availability and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. I took a covid test and asked for the results in English as required by the UK govt. The doctor/owenr not only rejected my request but also refused to speak to me. I had provided even the translation but nothing. I would strongly recommend to go to the Lab in via Dalmazia. Really great customer service and rests in english
