★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy your favorite brands somewhere else. Terrible customer service. Took them more than 7 months to do nothing about a complaint.
So now I have ironburned (probably the staff don’t know how to do it properly) garment that I can’t even use.
I have never experienced this before, they didn’t even send a new one or did a refund.
