An unserem Nachbartisch gab es Sonderwünsche für den Belag. Kein Problem für die jungen Pizzabäcker. Wurde prompt erledigt. Sehr beliebt im Ort für take away. Kann ich sehr empfehlen!! Ich hatte die Capocollo Martina Franca mit einer Buratta Kugel in der Mitte. Köstlich!! Super tasty pizzas at moderate prices. Totally nice service who safely guided us through the menu in English. Delicious dark (red) beer. There were special requests for the topping at our next table. No problem for the young pizza baker. Was done promptly. Very popular in the place for take away. I can highly recommend it !! I had the Capocollo Martina Franca with a Buratta ball in the middle. Delicious!!

Hanno il forno a legna una lista di pizze lunghissima, il gusto della pizza e spettacolare, prodotti freschi e uniti tra loro con maestria, il pizzaiolo è bravissimo preparato è una saetta nel gestire le ordinazioni. Il locale è gestito da persone splendide molto solari e professionali i camerieri tutti gentili e affabili. Posto super consigliato Beautiful place, we ate pizza. They have a wood-burning oven with a very long list of pizzas, the taste of pizza is spectacular, fresh products combined with skill, the pizza chef is very good prepared and a bolt in managing orders. The restaurant is run by wonderful people, very sunny and professional, the waiters are all kind and affable. Super recommended place

Vastissima scelta sia di pizze che di ristorante. Tutto molto buono, ingredienti di primissima scelta e di ottima qualità. Che dire di più, sicuramente ci tornerò e lo consiglio davvero tanto! Nice restaurant nestled in a very small but characteristic Apulian village. Clean and modern place. Excellent service and kindness of the staff. Huge choice of both pizzas and restaurants. All very good, top quality ingredients. What can I say more, I will definitely be back and I really recommend it!

Lo staff è cordiale è preparato e simpatico. Il menù non è ampio e va bene così quello che fanno lo fanno bene,dalle pizze alla zuppa di pescato del giorno(rana pescatrice nel caso di mia moglie) io ho preso il Calamaro scottato(fresco buono e morbido). I prezzi rispecchiano le materie prime. Lo consiglio. Place recommended by a local and we trusted it .... nice not pretentious but with an impact with the tables all set in the street. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and nice. The menu is not extensive and that's okay so what they do they do well, from pizzas to fish soup of the day (monkfish in the case of my wife) I got the Seared Squid (fresh, good and soft). Prices reflect commodities. I advise.

L'accoglienza famigliare, il servizio cortese, la massima disponibilità di uniscono alla sapienza di un cuoco eccellente che fa della pizza un'opera d'arte sfiziosa e gustosa. La pizza di tutti i gusti è per tutti i palati. Il pizzaiolo gioca con i classici e con la tradizione e coi sapori locali creando accostamenti incredibili come capocollo burrata e datterino giallo, oppure mortadella, granella di pistacchio e feta! Provate se volete un ricordo indelebile di questi posti! In two weeks we had dinner twice in this spectacular pizzeria! The family welcome, the courteous service, the maximum availability of all combine with the wisdom of an excellent cook who makes pizza a delicious and tasty work of art. The pizza of all tastes is for all palates. The pizza maker plays with the classics and with tradition and with local flavors, creating incredible combinations such as capocollo burrata and yellow datterino, or mortadella, chopped pistachios and feta! Try if you want an indelible memory of these places!

Per esempio: alla richiesta di peperoncino me ne hanno regalato anche da portare via. Alla prossima vacanza in Salento non ce lo faremo mancare. A presto. Simple, cheap and effective. From pizza to fish at fair prices. Beer and wine. Friendly, helpful and genuinely kind staff. For example: when I asked for chilli, they also gave me some to take away. At the next holiday in Salento we will not miss it. Soon.
E	Egbert van der Zee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a day of hiking Salento’s rugged coast, we were really craving for a good pizza. And we found it in Uggiano la Chiesa at Bingo Bongo. Booking a table was easy via Whatsapp (even though my Italian is limited at best). From the nicely decorated restaurant, we could see the ‘pizzaiolo’ make an incredible amount of pizzas (it was very busy this sunday evening) with great care and passion, which raised expectations and appetite. We were not disappointed: The pizza was really, really good.. highly recommended!
