Decidi di comprare un prodotto con un prezzo esposto corrispondente e verificato , e poi alla cassa spunta un altro prezzo, senza spiegazioni, e alla fine devi pagare di più. E se decidi di fare il reso, arrivano le battute scortesi davanti agli altri clienti, con parole del tipo che noi clienti dobbiamo stare attenti quando passa il prezzo. Se siamo fortunati passa quello esposto!!! E... Se no ti danno i buoni, e devi ritornarci per forza a spenderlo per forza la, anche se non vuoi metterci più piede. Una volta esistevano tre cose: scusa , grazie , prego!!! La famigerata CORTESIA! Bad experience! Soprattutto alla cassa va messa gente competente quanto meno che sappia dirti grazie e arrivederci con gioia.
